Great experience with this company for ASHP installation. Special mention to Richard, our first point of contact, and Scott who we met after. They were both very knowledgeable and answered our questions, explaining how the heat pump works and what was required for our house. The installation process went very smoothly, with a hard working team who all did a great job. The system has been running very well. We have nice warm house and hot water as needed, no complaints. Would highly recommend this company.

It was no hassle from start to finish no b------t just the fact. All the installation was the same they turned up on time and finished on time all cleaned and checked out. I was run through how it worked and the control app was installed on my phone. We are now very comfortable with the heating and hot water we have never had so much all in all a great job

We had an Air Source Heat Pump fitted on the
6th February 2025
I wanted to leave my review until we knew everything was running as it should.
Couldn't be more pleased with Infinity Heat Pumps Ltd.
From the first consultation with Richard who was great in explaining where we could situate the tank how the pipes could be configured.
Then once we were surveyed and accepted for the grant had a meeting with Scott who answered all our questions. We were ready to go ahead.
The installation was seamless all done in 1 day,
All lads were very respectful, professional...tidied everything behind them...really appreciated the electrician and his input and instruction once the plumbers had left.
Through the night for some reason we had a glitch in the system and it turned itself off.
We contacted the office ...Scott retuned our call even though he was working down south that day said he would call on his way back which he did 19:30 pm.
Great service..
Had no problems since it has really made a difference to the warmth in the house.
I would highly recommend this company and all it's staff.

I stand by my comments. 9 months down the line and my system has still not been commissioned!!

This company is not fit for purpose

Under the consumer rights act 2015 consumers have a right to expect a service to be carried our with "reasonable care and skill". sadly this company has not come close in any aspect of the delivery of their services.
The system was installed in early part of the year and we are still waiting for the system to be commissioned and be installed according to manufacturers instructions. We are still waiting for the final commissioning and "snags" to be corrected. The Electrics particularly are unsafe as report incomplete and on "Draft " paper. Check yours out! (fire risk). This company have consistently refused to come back to the property to commission the system.

We had a large system fitted with all new radiators and hot water tank. They managed to expedite our job, so they finished sooner than expected, which we were very happy with. They have done a very neat job, and we are entirely happy with the functionality of the system. It has worked flawlessly over the last year. They completed the job in a day and left the property very tidy.

The snags that are still uncompleted are:
- A different brand of circuit breaker to the rest of the consumer unit was installed. This needs to be replaced with the correct breaker.
- Two pipes going through a ceiling have not been sealed, posing a fire risk.
- We had agreed that we would source a towel rail to be fitted at a later date, as we weren’t able to have it delivered by the installation date. This still hasn’t happened, despite trying to arrange it.

Infinity heat pumps contacted us quickly and explained how the profit survey would be done. On the day of install the guys turned up bang on 8:00 am, drained the system and got the old radiators out and removed the old oil fired boiler.
They then got on with the install of the air source heat pump and new pipe work. The standard of their copper pipework was outstanding and beautifully finished.
The new radiators were fitted and thermostatic valves installed.
The electrician got on with connecting the electrics and test ran everything to make sure that there were no leaks, all OK
There was a couple of air pockets that needed bleeding and a filter that had blocked with sludge needed to be removed and cleaned.
The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, so highly recommend.

We have signed Infinity to install heat pump & underfloor heating for our house. An engineer came as scheduled on Monday 20/05/2024, by the Thursday the installation at our house was still not completed, but he had to move onto his next job.

We have since been through months of freezing days and nights without heating in the house, hot water is only available via emersion heater, which is on 24/7.

We tried our best efforts to get Infinity back to complete the job, but no one seems to be interested. On 2 separate occasions, we were told an engineer is coming, resulting either they didn't turn up or only turned up after 3 pm on Friday, then realised there is too much to do with only 1 hour left on their working week... So nothing gets done....

We understand that Infinity is very popular, a lot of work, but surely neglecting us like this is unacceptable. We feel the need to give a truthful review here.

Had the heat pump, boiler, new rads installed today. 16.4.24. From the initial phone call to the management visits… 2 of them! So impressed at the checking and making sure I both qualified AND would benefit from this, to the install crew. I really cannot say and praise all reps and the install team enough. I live with my Mum, 85 years young, and I’m a single girl, not behind the door, but… wary of change, having said that, I know Heat pumps and solar (installed 23.2.2024 diff company) go hand in hand and I’ve got to say the whole experience from day one has been 5 star! excellent! All staff were so respectful, helpful, knowledgable, just brilliant!!!

Kind courteous and knowledgeable workforce who turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Full explanation of how the system works and a 24 hour visit to check for problems and sort out a couple of airlocks.
System up and running well. Hopefully will save us a boat load of cash over the next few years and help to save the Planet.

If I could give 0 or minus stars I would! This has been one of the worst experiences. They sold us the heat pump, and our bills tripled! During installation there was a huge leek and it came through the ceilings, damaged insulation and light fittings and our ceilings leaving large water stains! The customer service is horrific and still after months of trying to sort out this complaint we are no further forward. They rushed us through everything so they could claim money from OFGEM. On the day of installation out house was left in a tip. Now we are left with damage and bills we can not afford. No one seems to communicate with each other in this company, and they ask for the same information over and over again! Which feels like they are just trying to avoid sorting out all of the issues. Avoid like the plague! The company is a joke!

From the start of the exercise to fit a heat pump they were fantastic. Answered all our questions and made the process simple. Jack did the original visit and was very knowledgeable and helpful and has stayed as a contact point through the process. Scott’s survey was again thorough and identified any issues we may have and possible solutions and the installation team with special mention for Phil and Darren were brilliant. They fitted the 18 radiators, heat pump and tank in under a day and left no mess behind. The heat pump itself is great and the unexpected bonus is the showers which are now really powerful which they weren’t previously. I would highly recommend

What a fantastic company the lads are brilliant so top at there work so quick and very clean so very friendly and a great laugh they go above and beyond. For me Scott was fantastic if I could give them more stars I would definitely do

Very efficient and professional great company to deal with and have around the house if it was a survey or having the heat pump fitted Tidy workmanship left the house clean and tidy taking all my old boiler etc with them.

Really quick and efficient right from the start , cannot praise the workmen , surveyors and office enough ,came within a week of the survey to install everything , we live in a cottage so not the most straightforward job but all was completed and nothing was too much , even fixed some existing problems with pipe work

The entire installation of heat pump, boiler and 14 replacement radiators was completed in a day and a half; carpet protectors were laid immediately and the team worked swiftly and efficiently; all redundant materials and packaging was removed from site, and it was a pleasure to have the tradesmen on the premises.
The system was fully tested before the team left and a full explanation was given.
Everything promised by the firm happened, and on time. All the crew were polite and courteous ………. a credit to the company. Both my wife and I are totally happy.

Heat pump and solar fitted and all work done to an extremely high standard. All members of the team were very helpful and polite. From enquiry to completion it was quick and carefully executed "like a well oiled machine" .Lots of information given and happy to answer any questions.

I would recommend this company 100%, from start to finish everyone was so helpful

Before and during installation excellent. Once fitted and paid for, very poor. Only asking for things like receipt for payment, guarantee. Just seem to have cut off all communication with me. Hoping I don't have any problems with the product as I can't even contact them.
