With all due respect, I suggest that reviews on here saying that the Marseille quarter-final weekend and the IST logistics all worked very smoothly throughout were on a different trip. The reality was an utter shambles with a furious line of customers wanting blood at the airport by Monday evening!

Booked last minute to join friends as we had a great trip at the start of the rugby World Cup on the ship back in September ...Check in was dealt with professionally and the infinity staff were on hand to help us throughout our stay . Obviously , there were some small problems encountered ( with NCL) but infinity team rectified them promptly. The buses to and from the England game went without a problem and the return was seamless. (I think some reviews bit harsh as have to consider the volume of fans going to a 60 thousand seating stadium !)
We had a great trip on the boat, the additional rugby entertainment with speacial guests was an added bonus...The food and drinks package was definetly worth the money , and staff were always on hand to help if any issues.Yes the airport a little chaotic but I would put that down to the check in / security staff at marsellie airport as def needs updating !
A credit to the team at infinity for laying this epic package on for rugby fans . Will def look to book with them again . Thank you for a great time .👍

Our first time on a cruise and watching the rugby live. What an incredible experience! Thanks to everyone at Infinity Travel for making our trip so fun and memorable!

Being a huge rugby fan this was the perfect weekend. Infinity put on a great experience for my family. The kids were fully entertained and the process of going to both quarter finals was a breeze.
Infinity sports even had some rugby legends on board.
I found Infinity thoroughly professional in everything they did.
I can truly say we left with memories to treasure.
I will definitely be booking through Infinity Sports again.

Communication from guest services was non-existent before the event until 3 days before when it seemed like they were panicking to get their ducks in a row. Constantly asking us to complete the manifest information when we had done it several times before. It transpired that they had us as a booking for 4 when there were only 2 of us. Trying to blame NCL for the delay getting a reservation number but I contacted Norwegian through their chat function directly and was given the registration number straight away. Being told by customer services that we could stay on the boat until 12pm on dismemberment day (yes I have the email proof) only to be told by NCL that there had been a mistake by Infinity and that we had to leave by 9am and stand outside on the quayside for 2 hours waiting for the transfer to the airport as they didn't want us in the terminal due to new guests arriving for the next cruise. Having asked the question numerous times about the arrangements for the last day due to the amount of time between dismemberment and flight departure they finally, a few days before told us basically to sort ourselves out even though I voiced my concerns to the sales person that sold us the flights who intimated that arrangements would be forthcoming closer to the date. Don't get me started on check in at Marseille airport - where were senior members of infinity when angry passengers (justifiably) were complaining to the quite clearly inexperienced younger members of staff one of which left in tears. No infinity staff members were anywhere to be seen at the airport until 2.5 hours before the flight was due to take off even though they had dumped a coach load of their customers off to wander the airport for several hours. The transfers on the Saturday to the match were so inadequate that we finally flagged down a taxi costing 62 euros. We saw a few people that had been behind us in the queue and they only just made it to the stadium for the start of the match. After the cost of this experience it was a slap in the face to be told that metro tickets would not be provided for the Sunday and to buy your own - only a few euros but not the point - defo had the feeling of we have got your money and now don't care about you in the slightest - rant over.
Norwegian staff and experience on the boat was great but would never book with infinity again.
No excuse to say it was the fault of third party suppliers as I have seen as a response to other reviews. The customer has paid Infinity and the responsibility for a good experience lies with them.

Can’t complain about the ship but the organisation from infinity sports travel was utter chaos, appears to be run by untrained children! we would never use this company again, the carnage at the airport on the Monday after having been dumped there 9 hrs before our flight finally took off was totally unacceptable. Extremely stressful for all who were unfortunate enough to have booked with infinity. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Had an unforgettable holiday. Really enjoyed and would recommend to anyone. Everyone was so friendly and I could see they tried their hardest to make my trip special. I decided to go last minute (due to work commitments) and was immediately provided with great tickets for the rugby. Thank you everyone at infinity sports travel.

A fantastic concept. We had a smooth check from the airport to the cruise ship, seamless transfers to the games both Wales Vs Argentina and England Vs Fiji.
The food was amazing , the music on the pool deck was unforgettable.
The staff were attentive and professional.
We would travel with Infinity Sports again in the future and look forward to future sporting events.

I echo previous comments…poor communication and organisation was a complete shambles.
The transfers to the centre were terrible on Saturday, waited over an hour because they did not have enough buses running to transport everyone and no-one from Infinity present on dockside to talk to. The low point however was Monday…whoever thought it was a good idea on an all-inclusive package to have people disembark the ship at 9, wait two hours for a transfer at 11 to the airport…wait for it, for a 7p.m flight, should be sacked!!!the alternative..make your own arrangements. It gets worse..the shambles at the airport with check-in taking over two hours because Infinity did not have a passenger manifest to know which of the two chartered flights passengers were booked on to. This led to further delays because of the backlog at security and immigration and our plane took off over 2 hours late. All totally avoidable, no apology from Infinity, no offer of refreshments and no-one to speak to.
We will never travel with Infinity again and I suggest you don’t either.

Some positives
Collection from airport ok
Boat and the onboard rugby experiences - meet and greet with good bad and the ugly, the pod cast session, the dinner hosted by Andy nichol all excellent
Match day transfer for the wales and Argentina match terrible - not enough buses
Stadium and ticket arrangement good
Stadium small, toilets dire and beer ran out but not their fault
Better for England vs Fiji match, felt like there were more buses laid on
The cruise ship tried to rip is off - the owner of IST Manan is it? Couldn’t have made it anymore clear he didn’t care. I get it was an NCL issue but he’s contracted them - there must have been 100 customers complaining on departure
That all said, the reason this review is one star and maybe not a 3 was the flight back.
Infinity sport travel charted two jet2 planes messed the manifest up and also the info emails so they were turning people away having to check people manually with a list - took forever
Opened up extra lanes then conveyors stopped (bottleneck of shear volumes of bags I suspect)
Started Checking people on with hand luggage
So instead of us being on the 2025 flight (which was advertised as 1945 flight in the email) we were suddenly on 1915 flight
We got out of check in hall at 1905
Had to sprint
Massive queue at scanners - we were climbing under barriers
Massive queue at passport control a bunch of us ran down EU lane
Ran through departure lounge
Got on bus but there were about 30 people behind us in same position
Stood on bus for 30 mins
Then been waiting on plane for 30 mins for last 2
Now on board but we’ve lost our slot - god knows what time we’ll get back

RWC Ship stay and games. Absolute shocking organisation & communication, topped off with an arrogant and unhelpful attitude when concerns were raised.

Reply from Infinity Sports Travel
Having been on 2 trips with Infinity, I can only praise the staff.
We had a great time on the Ibiza cruise & an outstanding experience at the rugby World Cup quarter finals in Marseille staying both times on NCL Norwegian Epic.
Will definitely look to travel with these guys again.

Avoid this company at all costs. Disorganised and very poor communication which resulted in an awful, anxious yet expensive experience.
I was offered £100’off a future RWC experience with infinity sports as compensation. Needless to say I declined the offer.

This is the worse company to deal with. For my wife and i, this was our first cruise and we were totally disappointed. I will never travel with this company again. NCL were equally bad. Changes were applied to our drinks package despite having paid in full in advance. Stay away from NCL and infinity sports travel.
We travelled to France specifically to watch the rugby World Cup. Infinity travel were totally inept and as a result we did not get to the game. Despite them issuing a statement saying that they were in contact with everyone affected they have failed to make any contact and have not responded to any emails we have sent. This company is a total shambles and ruined what should have been a wonderful experience. ABTA need to get involved here.

I support what others have said in previous comments. I would also add that Manan Shah the sole owner of Infinity Sports Travel was not honest in his dealing with unhappy customers and when pressed for an answer would be disparaging. We are still weighing up our legal options.

Reply from Infinity Sports Travel
Travelled with them for the first weekend of RWC and experienced endless problems. Thought it could not get worse, but have tried repeatedly to start a dialogue about our experience. Continuous failure to respond to messages and broken promises, particularly from the CEO. ABTA needs to take action
