They do not answer emails asking for refunds or giving feedback. Really disappointing as there were some good points on our trip. When we came home we were in two minds whether to book qtr final due to lack of reply it will be a no. Complete lack of professionaliam and organisation

Updated review 16/10- had some hope when an email from Guest Services told us to send an emailed to accounts. Finally I thought someone is listening. 10 days later still no reply. Utterly frustrating

Booked package 4&6 in June for RWC as son had bought us tickets for Wales, England and Italy games for my retirement. Payment was seamless and not cheap. After that so many problems, flight codes were incorrect, didn’t receive NCL login details, emails and tele messages unanswered. Embarkation dates incorrect, drinks package cancelled 24hrs prior to boarding- was advised would be reimbursed, this has not happened. Initially denied entry to ship as embarkation dates wrong. No coaches for Wales Game. Hotel in Nice poorer than a Travelodge, transfers not arranged advised to sort ourselves and reclaim. Promises not lived up to. Ruined our trip of a lifetime.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Customer service is appalling . No response to calls or emails. We were due to board the ship today , received confirmation last night . Travelling with 2 kids. Company is a Scam . Don't book . We have had to find alternative accommodation . We are demanding a full refund due to poor customer service and lack of communication

Booked a special trip for my mother in laws 70th birthday which has been totally ruined by this company.
When you pay for an all inclusive package with drinks food transfer and match tickets and the only thing that actually goes right is the food then something is seriously wrong.

This company is happy taking money off people and not actually paying its bills to suppliers.

First issue was we were notified day of departure that the all inclusive drinks which were included are unfortunately no longer available and won’t be included. But you can buy a drinks package on board for $54 per day per person. Staff lied to people on board and told them that don’t worry your debit cards won’t be charged and that you’ll be refunded for the drinks package you paid for. If that wasn’t a bad enough blow on the day of the Wales v Portugal match the buses that were leaving at 2pm to get to the stadium never came.

One bus came for around 400 fans leaving the stranded people to fend for themselves. With taxis costing around €350 one way it wasn’t an option for many after having to already pay for the drinks on board.
Staff lied to people told them don’t worry coaches are on the way yet they all became cowards and ran away from fans. Police had to be called as tensions were at boiling point. To be told then you can watch the game on the ship!!!! People have paid to go and physically watch the rugby!!!!

You should be totally and utterly ashamed as yourself for your poor planning and shocking customer service. No one is available to speak to. Manan Shah who is the CEO is probably laughing all the way to the bank with this one.

To later find out that many of the staff have resigned with immediate effect and to be told that the reason the coaches never came and drinks package cancelled were because Infinity Sports Travel didn’t pay their bills is just the icing on the cake.

If you want my advice don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Keep well away and use someone else.

We will be seeking legal advice over this. Ruined not just my family members trip but many many others.

Absolute nightmare. On cruise at moment. Whole trip has been incredibly stressful. No information sent. Wrong rooms allocated. Only reason booked was to go to Wales Portugal match. Busses didn’t turn up. Booked a taxi cost us €300. Missed first half. Worst part was when one of the reps (Chris) blatantly lied. Came along queue for busses saying they were on the way and just coming through security gates. The reps then disappeared.

Further to your reply. We have contacted you but nothing back.

So you offer us £100 compensation!!! Even though a taxi cost €300 and we missed most of the first half, all the build up to the game and were given seats that our disabled person couldn’t access!!!

What an absolute disaster, excellent idea, very poor execution.
2023 RWC experience ruined for my family.
Poor communication, wrong. cabins reserved, problems boarding ship, staff had no clue!
Even when cabin issue resolved, we arrived at cabins to find them occupied, back to customer service!
All inclusive drinks package cancelled 24 hours prior to Cruise departure, despite it being part of package paid for.
Coaches failed to turn up for Welsh match, despite us waiting over 2 hours on quayside. It was ultimately a 2 hour coach ride, 2 hours!!
Missed the first half of rugby match (the only reason for booking trip)
Then over 3 hours to get back to cruise ship.
Over 5 hours on a bus for 40 minutes if rugby!!
I can only speak as to my experience, this has been shocking.
Atmosphere on board ship is excellent, cruise ship staff at NCL onboard Epic have been superb, but all guests are very unhappy!
I must say one particular staff member for IST Krishna was excellent (sorry if spelling incorrect) he has been very helpful & the “buck stopped with him” tried his best, super friendly, but his managers have let him down.
Never, ever, ever again.
Sorry Infinity Spirts Travel, a massive fail.

Currently on their rugby World Cup cruise and it’s been a nightmare. Happily took our money but no detail leading up to the trip, wrong names on booking, can’t call, don't respond to emails, coach to Wales game didn’t show up, messed up drinks package……more I could add but all very poor.

Offered an “upgrade” package for the issues but been here two days and upgrade has not happened 🤦🏻‍♂️

Really nice people and I think well intentioned, but completely out of their depth and zero organisation.

On the NCL Epic Rugby World Cup Cruise for 3 nights. Today Saturday 16th should be at the Portugal v Wales Match at Stade De Nice. Meeting time 1:30 down on the pier for 2pm departure on Coaches. 2 coaches left and still over 100 people left waiting and no coaches!! The reps told us the coaches where held up getting through security we all waited for an hour. The reps then disappeared and there where no coaches to take us to Nice to the match. Kick off in just over 2 hours and no way of getting there for 100+ customers.
Again like other comments posted on this thread 24 hours before departure an email came out notifying us that the drinks package was no longer included and we have ended up paying an extra $550 dollars for a drinks package for 3 days. We where offered up graded tickets for the matches but then we haven't been able to get to the match due to no transport.
There is no sign of the reps now onboard the Ship!!
But on a positive will get to use the expensive drink package we purchased.
We have taken a video of everyone waiting down on the pier and no coaches but there isn't the option for uploading video or photos.
It's a very poor show from IST this wasn't exactly the cheapest trip!!

There are no coaches for today's match England v Japan
Won't be able to go to the match as no way of getting to and from Stadium before ship has to set sail for Marseille
The Infinity Sports Staff have gone AWOL

It's like a really bad comedy film!!!!

Currently on the Norwegian Epic, for a company that organises events it’s embarrassing. There are children at the desk who can’t sort out the numerous angry customers complaints, it is chaotic every day on board, really poor organisation.

We have just arrived in Marseille today - Due to board tomorrow- Like others it has taken a couple of weeks to get someone at IST to confirm our booking through NCL- We have just an email at present to say its been sorted so not holding my breath - And then to compound the issues we have just had this minute an email advising the drinks package has been pulled (alternative pay $50 per day per person!!) - But they will give us an upgrade on tickets !! Sorry not interested in ticket upgrade - I want the original package that they advertised or a refund - This trip has been planned for my son and I for some time so receiving this news 24hrs before we board is a appalling and to be quite frank a scam- False advertising - I will be looking to escalate this ....

UPDATE. Offered room upgrade or refund for drinks package - These guys have clearly took a massive hit on this offering and over reached on delivering it - Would give the CEO guy credit to being on the ship and trying to fix the numerous issues that clearly ruined most peoples trip ..Difficult to see how the company's brand and reputation will recover from such as shambles
I would seriously re-consider your booking if you have one in place
Cruise itself was great with the added bonus of fantastic rugby people 🏉🏉🏉

Poor communication, now they have removed the drinks package, two days before traveling, no refund offered either. ridiculous.

No flight details provided until 7 days before, options given were a return flight 24hours later than expected or a connection in Eindhoven. Neither acceptable or what we thought we were getting in the package. Now to add insult to injury ‘all inclusive package’ has had the drinks aspect removed. Again not what we booked. Refused a refund and see no option but to take legal action. Customer service abysmal.

Allinclusive is b@llshit just told us 2 days before we arrivethat there’s no drinks package. this a scam. Now I can’t get hold of them to give my my ncl reference.

I am still battling with IST for my Epic by NCL cruise departing from Marseille on Sep 25! They still didn't send my name to NCL despite the numerous manifests filled and sent. IST doesn't care about their clients, they never pick up the phone or answer emails. Every body I talked to is complaining about their poor organisation. At this time, I won't be able to board the cruise, when I settled the full payment.
Their attitude is absolutely scandalous.

Unfortunately i’ve been experiencing serious problems with my reservations, and get no answer from the guestservices. First I got a wrong cabin, this problem was solved after two weeks and many e-mails. Now, my NCL reservation shows no beverage and internet pack and I had payed for both when i bought the package in july. NCL app now wants me to buy another beverage pack for over 100 dollars P/P/day. I really need IST to help me solve this. (IST reservation 1879, NCL 54303402)

Update - october 2, 2023. In the end I got everything i bought (balcony, drinks package, internet…), but only after many hours in line to guestservices.

I booked a cruise on the Norwegian Epic from the 25th of September. After a long wait I received my NCL confirmation number. Unfortunately, only one guest is under this confirmation number to find. I cannot check-in the second guest, already than less two weeks before the cruise starts. I tried to contact the company several times, but they need several days for a response.

I was looking for packages for Rugby World Cup and found Infinity Sports Travel and thought the idea of staying on a Cruise Ship a different concept than staying in a hotel. Looking at the packages I gave the sales team a call for more information. They could not have been more helpful, running through all of the different options that would suit my requirements and budget for what will be a memorable and different experience. Nice to deal with a company who are happy to take their time and explain everything to you and make you feel like a valued customer. Will be back for other sporting events!

I was so excited to discover the Infinity Sports Travel packages. We'd been thinking about going to the Rugby World Cup next year and this has helped us make up our minds as it will be such an amazing experience. We love the packages on offer – there's nothing to pay for at all when you get on board - wow... And it'll be like a complete rugby village on board, with every game screened and rugby legends as well. Can't wait...The sales guy we spoke to was so helpful, not pushy, and being patient in answering all our questions. Now we've just got to decide how long to go for.

Just had to inquire about what seems to be an exciting and unique cruise ship experience to enjoy the World Cup rugby. Have to say that the customer service was second to none. Informative and friendly. Looking forward to hearing more in the near future.
