Never received the pump. And no one picks up the phone or answers emails.

They tell you you can get a warranty for one year on the inflatable but there's nothing that it covers so it was all crap of the mouth. Then I tell them I need a replacement arm and they're telling me that it's going to cost me $100 for two arms or $50 for one arm that is absolutely crazy I could see $25 but $50 is out of control. Once you start complaining about something they stop responding they stop replying they are not willing to help you please be aware of this company. They charged over $700 for their smallest float and there's no benefit from it I'm sure anywhere else if you were to buy an inflatable you wouldn't even see close to that amount...

We ordered on September 19th and never received ours. I just looked here after thoughts of it being a scam. I’m sure they stole the real companies videos and info.

TOTAL SCAM!! Do not for any reason give these scum one dollar. Once your deposit is sent all communications stop.

Its been 2 months and they no longer answer my calls nor msges complete scam stay stay away iv emailed msges and called and no answer

This is a scam. They do not have a California Business License. The address is a small residential home. Once you make a payment, they do not contact you. You can not get ahold of them. STAY AWAY!!!
I am hoping Shopify will close their website; I am trying to get that done now.

I'm giving a 1 star because there isn't a lower option. I paid them for my inflatable more than 2 months ago. I have recieved nothing and they will not respond on facebook, email or answer my calls.

The delivery took about 14 days, which was pretty reasonable. I'm really happy with the inflatable figure – it turned out great! I absolutely love it.

They are a SCAM. Buyer beware. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again!

Soon as they received payment they cut off all communication. I can’t get a hold of them and it’s been over 3 weeks. They are scammers!!!

This company will respond all the way until they tell you that your order is shipped in my case it was April 8th that it was supposedly shipped out it is now April 19th still no inflatable I have made several attempts to contact them for a tracking number via ups they will not responded to messages through messenger on fb to email or pick up the phone on the number they have listed so I made a new fb to inquire about another inflatable and guess what they responded so when I asked where my inflatable is at that they supposedly shipped they told me all they know is it has been shipped and still couldn’t provide a tracking number stay away from this company they are a scam !
