Nel 2025 ha ospitato nel suo sito una società truffaldina, clone di Ifc, capitanata da un sedicente Lorenzo Vitale, che ha indotto tante persone a investire su una piattaforma fasulla. Sul sito compariva anche una foto di questo inesistente personaggio, inserito nella vera leadership della vera IFC. Tante persone, prima di investire, sono andate a controllare l'esistenza di Vitale e del suo curriculum e quanto scritto su di lui sul sito di Infocilento le ha fuorviate, inducendole a investire, con una importante perdita di soldi.
