Ich habe 17 Jahre mit dem IBM-Programm über Infoniqa gearbeitet. Leistungen die bis jetzt kostenfrei waren, werden auf einmal verrechnet- absolut keine Serviceleistungen mehr! Nur mehr unfreundliche Herren am Telefon. Welcher Standort das war kann ich leider nicht sagen, da die Telefonnumer unterdrückt wurde. Wenn man einen Ansprechspartner verlangt, bekommt man jedesmal die Anwort Sie können eine E-Mail schreiben und dann wird aufgelegt! Tolle Firma!!! Wir werden uns jetzt ein neues LV -Abrechnungssystem suchen.... Ist nur mehr Abzocke!
