Unfortunately I had very bad experiences with this company. Their website is advertising Prices including VAT. However, after they issue the invoice they just remove that and pretend like it’s excluding VAT. Essentially rising the price by 21%. Order confirmation even shows the VAT as included.

Hello,
Unfortunately I cannot add a screenshot here but your response directly contradicts the information shown to me at the time of purchase.
The order confirmation explicitly states:
- Products: €2,568.20
- Including total taxes: €445.72
- Total paid: €2,568.20
So this is not a case of me subsequently asking you to “redefine” the purchase price. Your own checkout/order confirmation represented the €2,568.20 I paid as a VAT-inclusive amount, with €445.72 specifically identified as taxes.
I paid based on that representation.
What happened afterwards is that the VAT treatment was changed on the invoice while the total amount charged remained exactly the same. In other words, instead of documenting the transaction consistently with the order confirmation — €2,122.48 net + €445.72 VAT = €2,568.20 — you are now claiming that the entire €2,568.20 was the net amount.
The fact that Althea Core S.L. purchased using an intra-Community VAT number does not erase what your checkout displayed or retroactively change the price and tax breakdown presented when payment was made.
I understand the VAT implications of an intra-Community B2B transaction. That is precisely why this is a problem. If you considered the transaction VAT-exempt, the checkout should have removed the VAT and charged the corresponding net amount before I paid. You cannot display and collect €445.72 as tax and then subsequently treat that same amount as part of the net selling price.
The attached order confirmation is evidence of exactly what was represented and charged at checkout.
Given this documentation, I consider your characterization of what happened to be seriously misleading. If this is your standard practice for intra-Community business customers — displaying VAT as included at checkout, collecting the VAT-inclusive total, and subsequently reclassifying the entire amount as the net price — I consider that a systematic and deceptive practice.
I therefore stand by my complaint.

Read this before ordering from here
I want to share my experience in detail so other buyers can make an informed decision.
Timeline:
1.On 28th June I ordered a Black M5 Max MacBook Pro, listed as in stock (2 units available). The order went through with payment via Visa.
2.That same day I received a request to complete ID verification through their payment gateway (Sumsub), for a payment that had already gone through. In four years of online shopping in Spain, I'd never been asked to do this after a completed transaction. I finished the verification the next morning.
3.Estimated delivery was 30th June–1st July. With no updates by the 30th, I contacted customer service, who told me the order would arrive within 48 hours and I'd get courier details within 24 hours.
4.On 1st July, I was told via account chat that the black model was actually out of stock, and was offered a silver alternative instead. After some back-and-forth, I accepted the silver option.
Minutes later, the order was cancelled unilaterally, with no explanation. When I asked why, I was told hours later that there was "no stock in any color" — which didn't match the alternative I'd just been offered.
5.I filed a formal complaint through their website's "Contact Us" section (which states a 24-hour response time). Five days later, I still hadn't received a response or a refund.
6.I'm now locked out of my account on their website and still waiting on a refund of €4,329.38.
Things I'd flag for other buyers:
1.Stock shown as available at checkout wasn't actually there, in my case.
2.Communication was fast for payment and verification, but very slow (or nonexistent) once there was a problem with my order.
3.I received conflicting information about my order status at different points.
4.After the cancellation, I got no response via email or their website's contact form.
5.The Spanish phone number listed on their site connected me to an automated line with no option to reach a person.
6.My account was disabled before any refund was issued.
This has been a stressful experience, and as of now I'm still waiting for my money back. I'd encourage anyone considering this store based on price comparison sites like Idealo to weigh this experience first, and to consider sellers with a track record of responsive customer service.
(Update-6th July - The refund reached my account after I had also contacted my bank regarding the transaction dispute)
(Update - 8th July - Thank you for your response.
I agree that I received a full refund, and I have updated my review accordingly. However, I would like to clarify one important point. I did ask whether any commercial gesture could be offered because the original stock information was incorrect. When you declined, I nevertheless explicitly confirmed in writing that I accepted the Silver MacBook and requested shipment. Therefore, it is not accurate to suggest that I made compensation a condition of continuing the order.Your own subsequent communication stated that the order was cancelled because no stock existed in any colour. That explanation differs from the one now presented in your Trustpilot reply.
My review is not about the refund. It is about the contradictory communications throughout the order process, the incorrect stock information, and the cancellation of the order after I had accepted the proposed alternative.

I ordered a 5070 GTX card on the website. It seemed there was a bug as I did not get any change to the page after confirming the order. 2 orders were made instead one 1. I immediately cancelled the first order. They charged me 1.7 % of the value of the order for cancelling. Moreover, they unilaterally cancelled the second order almost a week after. If you wonder if they cancelled because they had no units left, they did, but the price had increased since then. This is such a scam.

After an error on the technical descriptions, does not correspond at all to his description. After contacting the company, the company modifies the description of the product and puts the blame on the buyer. It is a Spanish company that should not be trusted.

I bought a 5080 6th January. By 15th it hadn't arrive yet, so I sent an email only to receive the news that there was a "database problem" and the item I had bought 10 days ago was no longer in stock so I could either get a refund or buy another one.
I chose the refund on the 16th. Refund was supposed to land in my bank account 42/72h hours from issuing the it. It's the 20th (4 days later), and I haven't seen my refund yet.
I feel like I got scammed but this site has great reviews so maybe I just got a bad experience
(update: I got the refund on the 20th, at the end of the day.)

Prior to ordering I utilised there Whatsapp platform to confirm there delivery. They replied in detail of the order process, so felt more reasured. Orded online on the 12 Aug at 18.00 Hrs, received a confirmation later the following day informing me that the delivery company had collected. On the 14 Aug at 13.00 Hrs I received my parcel in good condition, and was informed all the way. Great service.

I bought a motherboard from them a week ago. Now it is laying still in their warehouse waiting to be send. It is the final component I need for my new system. It takes TWO WEEKS to ship. This is unacceptable. I ordered: Cpu, Fans, Case, Screen, Mouse, Keyboard, Mousemat, Desk, Cables, GPU (from Germany), Speakers (from Germany) and much more. All have arrived within two days and are waiting here to be installed. But somehow a company in Spain is not able to send it quicker. I even offered to pay extra for quicker shipping twice, but they simply dont respond. The only reason I dont cancelk my order is because this motherboard is a steal at the price they offer it. But this is not ok. Very unprofessional. And honestly? Looking at the way they reply to people on this page has me worried about this company and if the product I ordered has any issues, they would be of help.....
