Service is very prompt and collection of used cartridges was quick and efficient. I have been using for a long time and have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the products. It is a shame that the poor reviews had nothing to do with the product but only administrative issues which were not necessarily the fault of Infotone.

How can anyone give this business less that 5 stars?
I'll start by saying that I have just read the 1-star reviews and felt that the complaints are unjustified. Sure, like all businesses, there is an amount of cold calling to be expected, but right from the start it was clear to me how the process works. As for placing orders, I email my account manager (nice to have the same one for a long time too! - shout out to Jess) and no sooner have I requested new cartridges, she processes the order, and they arrive the next day. I always keep a "one in stock" supply of cartridges to ensure I never run dry, but it does seem that I can usually get a 24-hour turnaround without asking for it anyway! Nice touch is the packet of sweets with every order!
I can only HIGHLY recommend this business, and I really don't understand how those who left 1-star references ever got into the pickles they describe. What is also GREAT is that if you inform your account manager (another shout out to Jess) they always check your order to ensure that you are getting the right toner for your printer. I have three printers covered with Infotone, two Brother printers that are a couple of years old now, and an ANCIENT HP LaserJet which is about 20 (!) years old. HP have kept this model but updated it significantly it seems, and HP have kept the same toner so Infotone can send me refills as and when I need. The HP is a small device by my desk so gets a lot of use for draft documents and instant printouts and would be a pain if it ran out of toner.

Macey contacted my company in relation to printers and ink cartridges etc, at first as I was a little dubious about how they could offer such a good deal but I decided to go ahead anyway. I later contacted Macey for a quote on toner cartridges and they were very competitive in their pricing so I decided to go ahead, toners arrived the next day despite ordering them late in the afternoon. Delighted with the service, prices and the friendliness of the staff.

The incorrect colour cartridge was sent to me. The person I spoke with said I could return the unused cartridge, using free postage. When I received the correct cartridge there were no instructions on how to return the incorrect one. I had felt rushed and not really listened to by the person with whom I had spoken. I think I would go elsewhere next time for my cartridges

I’ve had a look at your account and can see that we made a mistake with your initial order. As soon as you let us know, we arranged for the correct Yellow cartridge to be sent out on a free Next Day Delivery.
I believe there may have been some confusion during the communications with your Account Manager. What he meant to explain was that we weren’t expecting the incorrect cartridge back — it was yours to keep as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.
Mistakes do happen from time to time, but our priority is always to keep you printing. That means we focus first on getting the right products to you as quickly as possible, and then handle any collections or follow-ups afterwards. In this case, we wanted to make it right straight away, so we waived the need to return the original cartridge.
I really hope this clears things up, and that you’ll see fit to continue doing business with Infotone. We truly value your custom and would love the chance to provide you with the smooth, stress-free service you deserve next time.

I've been dealing with Infotone directly for the past two years through my own firm and indirectly for several years before that via a company I used to work with. They are great outfit to deal with and Helen in particular is a wonderful representative. Terrific service, magic 'banter' and the odd box of chocolates/bottle of fizz is a nice bonus when you place an order.
Cartridges dispatched for next day delivery and on the rare occasion there is an issue, they bend over backwards to rectify. 10/10 + Gold *
