Fatima was amazing

Fatima was amazing. I kept her on the phone for 25 min asking many questions about 3 different plans and she was not only able to answer everything to my satisfaction but she was also polite in doing so. Very informative and made me feel confident in her responses. She is a great asset to your organization.

Fatima was great at answering all my…

Fatima was great at answering all my questions so I can review various plans for our parents visiting from abroad. If we select one of these plans and actually end up filing a claim hopefully not then I will come back and update the review. For now sales service was great.

Ellie was excellent

Ellie was excellent. When one is dealing with the much complexity of healthcare, it isn't easy to know where to start. She helped me easily find providers in my area and also explain the difference between the different plans I was doing. She was timely, she communicated in an easily understandable way, and helped answer all my questions!!!
