I found an irreparable nail in the tyre wall and contact Ingeni for assistance. I spoke with Oscar, who was extremely helpful. Oscar advised of all the necessary steps I needed to take to submit a claim. From submission to outcome response (approval) it was about 4 days which was great. Full coats for the affected tyre will be reimbursed (within 30 days which my only gripe). Great service and insurance product.

I contacted Ingeni after our car was given a red warning at its first service for a cut in the NSF Tyre. I spoke with Oscar who emailed the forms and instructions for us to claim. It was all very easy, and we completed the transfer of forms and pictures within a day. Claim was upheld, a pleasant experience

Please be aware before taking an Ingeni services car policy on complete wheel protection and minor damage insurance. Make sure to ask Ingeni to define the terms and conditions.
On terms and conditions in the policy document, it stated "a scratched area no more than 30cm in length, 3mm in depth and that sits within no more than two (2) body panels."
However, in their reply email, this changed to "where Minor damage extends across multiple panels, the total size of the combined damaged area must also be no larger than 30cm in diameter and 3mm in depth". Suddenly, the words of "the total size" and the combined damaged area" appeared.
I will feed that back to the car dealership where I purchased my car from.
