Excellent, friendly and professional service from initial phone call through to claim completion.

Ingeni have been excellent in dealing with my claim. The lady on the phone was very professional and helpful. The forms were relatively easy to complete and the reply and booking systems were excellent.

Thank you to Ingeni Services for the excellent support provided following submission of a claim for GAP insurance. I dealt with Oscar, who must be commended for his professionalism and excellent delivery of customer service. He kept me updated throughout the process. I was never left wondering what was going on. My experience has been excellent. I would highly recommend Ingeni services. They offer a service truly worthy of emulation by other businesses. Thank you, Oscar. You all keep up the good work!!

I have a tyre and alloy insureance.
Just made a claim on my tyre. The process was prompt and had no issues in getting it approved. The customer care team was helpful and prompt. Clair from the team was very helpful.

A fantastic service from Ingeni yet again. I delt with Oscar who gave clear instructions on how to make my claim, kept me informed on progress and arranged a speedy settlement. No quibbling once they had the information requested, my claim was processed within a day. I'm a very happy Customer.

With thanks especially to Oscar who was very helpful in what was a very traumatic time. It took a while for me to acquire all of the paperwork for my claim, but once that was done I received the claim amount within a week. The claims form was a little complicated but necessary information was required.

I wasnt sure about taking out this policy on my new Kia, but I am glad I did, 2 new tyres due to pot hold damage and a alloy refurb in the first 18 months. Ingeni have been really easy to deal with, quick to respond and have paid the cost in full without any quibble in good time. I would highly recomend.
