Truly grateful

I have only praise for Ashlea and Sophie from Ingeni with their help and understanding of my claim. All dealt with promptly & efficiently. And funds credited to my account quickly. So glad I purchased tyre and alloy wheel insurance when I bought new car earlier this year. Especially as I live in the countryside where there are potholes in abundance and far too many road hog drivers.

I would highly recommend Ingeni, superb service!

I've used Ingeni a few times now as part of my alloy wheel and bodywork insurance via my PCP with Land Rover. I can't speak highly enough of the service from my initial conversation over the phone through to submitting the claim via Sophie Poole and Oscar Fletcher. They are both a credit to the company and made things very easy to sort. I would highly recommend Ingeni to everyone. Thanks again guys!

Purchased wheel cover and dent cover with this company
Don’t Don’t Don’t buy there products
Bought two brand new land rovers tried to claim for a dent in door they approved no one came they said we hadn’t booked in they said take in get sorted we sent car in had to pay for it ourselves they are not the company people make out terrible toxic management telling you one thing then saying they didn’t do it
We are taking to court to sort
Don’t buy don’t say you went warned very very poor service

Thank you for your feedback. This policy you bought covers for a cosmetic technology repair (often referred to as a SMART repair). This repair was 100% approved on receipt of the completed claims paperwork.

We can't see that our repairers have let you down as the repair has not been accepted and booked by you.

This is because you require a full body shop repair which is not the SMART type repair that the policy covers.

This is a misunderstanding and we really aren't being difficult.

I have taken the time to listen to the calls and the misunderstanding was made worse by a mobile phone call dropping out due to poor reception.

Having spoken to you again this morning, I am very glad to report that the work is about to be carried out on your car and the misunderstanding has been 100% cleared up.

Excellent service…no quibbles at all

I cannot fault the excellent service provided by Ashlea at Ingeni. I had taken out wheel & tyre insurance when I bought my new car two years ago and how useful it proved to be. Once I had provided Ingeni with all the supporting documentation they approved my claim within less than three hours. If only all insurance companies were as efficient and friendly as Ingeni. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Simple process professionally managed…

Simple process professionally managed by Oscar and his colleagues, who were available to assist the claim. All stages dealt within the expected timeframes.

On previous cars I’ve dismissed such insurance as unnecessary - how wrong I have been. Thank you Ingeni, I have no hesitation in recommending that you should sign up when offered.

Worth every penny

We took out wheel and tyre insurance when we bought a new car, and I'm pleased we did. Less than 2 months after picking up the car I discovered a large screw sticking out of a rear tyre.
I spoke with Sophie at Ingeni who talked me through the process, which was straightforward and intuitive. Less than a week after having the tyre replaced Sophie confirmed my claim was successful and I would be reimbursed for the cost of the tyre.
