First claim, taken through process over the phone and everything went smoothly thereafter

Making a claim can be stressful, Ingenious made everything simple and paid out straight away. Tyre care insurance made simple - would highly recommend them.

My claim was dealt with by Sophie in a swift and professional manner. Our claim for a new tyre was never queried even though we had not realised we needed a photo and a tread report till it was too late. Every communication was answered within hours and the claim settled quickly - well done. A pleasure to deal with a professional company!

Clair from ingeni made the claims process easy and non stressful by initially sending claims form as soon as I had reported the damaged to the wheel rim. Once the form had been completed and within 24hrs she was back in touch confirming the claim had been agreed. Within a few minutes revive(the repairer) had sent an email requesting confirmation of the details so that a technician could be booked to do the repair.
