A well thought out program that turns small steps into a toolkit you can carry with you throughout daily life to take care of your mental health.

The monthly sessions were a great format that worked with my time commitments, with additional resources or check-ins available when I need it.

As with anything, you get out of it what you put in. But I was paired with a great person to lead me through the program, so our joint approach created a positive experience.

The staff really helped me and supported me to get employment

The whole structure from reception to the locked offices to the open offices is ill conceived - having to knock on the door to see your advisor ( usually answered by scowling colleagues ) and to have personal conversations in an open plan office is not particularly comfortable

My coach Leah and manager Kim were and are very amazing, kind and helpful. Attended and understood my needs, thanks to them I am in the study program, in which things are going well and I am going to the right path. Thank you both and I would not let them or myself down, I will do my best to achieve my goals step by step.

Supportive and competent staff

Ingeus Company is a place like home, everyone so accommodating and friendly when you approached them. They helped you find your goal in life. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Although they have not been able to get a job for me, they have been making a lot of effort. I am very optimistic that they will get a job for me soon.

Great work, made a huge difference

Ingeus is a place of good works that go beyond and above to assist people with any kind of health issues/disability to get a job, to return back in to work and stsy in work.

They run a variety of work-focus sessions and trainings to help you feel confident and able to face the working environment.
My experience was very positive and gave me the ability to be brave in seeking employment, due to health issues my confidence had reduced me to not wanting to approach the thought of disclosing my health issues but after being on their different courses and work-focus sessions my whole views changed.
Now I am more confident, I can now bravely disclose to any potential employer that I have a health condition and speak up and out about subjects relating to workability with potential employers and people who falls in this category.
Ingeus also offer detailed support with work training in different fields of work, giving you the skills required to achieveing your job goal. They also prepare you for job interviews, from mock sessions to providing you with new clothing and getting you looking smart and ready.
The staffs' intentions are genuine in making and putting you and your health first, case workers supports their clients and always affirm them, thus allowing each individual to feel respected and accepted despite of their health or disability.
I am so happy and grateful that I was referred to them. At first I was a bit worried of what the process and experience are going to be, but all round it was a great experience and I am happy that I did follow through with the whole process.
