Bunch of thieves...Beware!!
We have contracted them for a website along with mobile applications, they manipulated us for 3 years and we were trying to make them handover the project as we paid all charges in advance, they took the money and never completed any of the projects, they are a BIG FRAUD. They are not answering any emails, whatsapp msgs or calls anymore, we are going to nail them in courts of law soon.

Excellent service, I got my application in 6 months

Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.

The problem i have faces is with the communication and customer service
they take forever to respond to emails
they never keep one person to take care of your project and this will cuz confusion for the next person who takes over your project which it happend to me a lot
they way passed the deadline and i gave them so many chances but, again they never deliver the results. Im very disappointed. I have emails to prove that if anyone wants proves. When I asked for the refund they refused and i lost a lot of money and now my app never happend because of this management they have. I wish they focus more on customers more than them selfs, i have noticed they care more about payment more than quality of work and retaining employees.

My advice for anyone i strongly don't recommend to work with them

Do not even think about using this company for web development. They only want your money and then reluctantly deliver a very ordinary service. The person developing my website was transferred halfway through the project, but no one told me. When the person refused to respond to my emails I had to call a manager to ask what was happening. They allocated another person, and then another. It was a total disaster. I needed the website to meet a business deadline which was made very clear to INGIC. They failed to meet the deadline for 9 weeks. Four weeks after my site went live it crashed and had to be rebuilt. This time I used a real company. If you want to build a web site find a company that will deliver. If you use these guys then pay after they deliver and not before.

noting that the several assigned PMs are unable to resolve my project issues and no one from management is getting back to me and help desk says they cant share CEO, VP or PD contact details

I have been waiting for my web site for 6 months now, they have already charged me and won't answer my calls or emails. This is a scam and these guys are peace's of crap. Waist of my time and money.

One of the best people we have ever worked with, their knowledge about websites is outstanding. They knew all the ins and outs of our industry and understood what we wanted in the very first brief. We got our complete branding and website designed from them and it was right up to our expectations. Looking forward to work with them in future projects!

My friend recommended INGIC when I wanted a website for my health and fitness services. I contacted them through website and got an instant response. They sent me initial designs and I loved them. The website is live now and getting traffic as it is easy to use, with outstanding imagery and mobile compatibility. The project I was in contact with is a very decent and polite guy and patiently listened to my feedback and made sure that it is applied as I want to. I own a clothing brand and got my app developed from a digital agency, but had a very bad experience. A friend told about INGIC and they were a life saver. I handed over my incomplete app to them and they took over immediately. The app was completed by INGIC following all my requirements. The app is user friendly and it has made the delivery process extremely easy for my clients. My customers are just loving the app. They are very competent and have done a great job.

I own a salon and wanted to get an explainer video that could describe the usage of my app to my customers. I wanted a 2D animated video that is easy to comprehend. I hired INGIC for the job and they did it brilliantly. The character and story board is very well developed and the video is very easy to understand. My clients especially the elderly ones are quite happy as now they can smoothly book an appointment or get the relevant information about our services. The app helps the new clients to easily reach salon with the help of and integrated map. INGIC did a wonderful job.

I contacted INGIC for the development of an HR module system for my company. It helped my HR team for efficient management of human resources including employee information, track employee records like performance reviews, designations, job descriptions, skill matrix, time & attendance tracking. Another important sub module, Payroll System was also included which helped to manage salaries, payment repots etc. The ERP solution has managed to reduce the time and effort consumption of my team and various functions are easily managed now. The system is efficiently manageable and is extremely supportive. I am glad that I chose INGIC for the job.
