1 office located in JLT with 1 account manager and receptionist yes that's it the rest of the company is run by another country I don't know where they claimed it's operated from NJ anyhow this complain as about the account manager who just wanted me to sign their contract ASAP. The account manager agreed on everything I said on the phone and in the meeting face to face which he didn't even bother to take a single note for it. Which made me more scared than before I mean this person was just yes yes yes we can do it. Anyhow he sent a very unprofessional sow and when I insisted to have everything I mentioned orally and in the meeting to be written down in the SOW the price was raised like 80%

It means this guy have no idea of what he's doing. And how to deal with customers.

It means this guy have zero communication with his company.

It means this company made me waste lots of time on them.
