SCAM, NEVER order anything from them. I lost $350. A nightmare. Thieves.

I received a completely different item than I ordered, and the company did not want to refund me the money or the shipping. They finally offered me a partial refund with a partial store credit, neither of which equaled anywhere near the amount I spent with them. I finally took the claim to PayPal, who settled with them with the understanding that I would get my full refund only if I shipped this cheap, cheesy shirt that I didn’t even order back to them. It was the only way that I could even get close to getting most of my money back. They are definitely a scam. Do not order from them!! Do not. Do not. Big mistake. Scam company. I truly think they just grabbed something super cheap and sent it to me so they could keep my money.

I ordered two dresses online for my son's wedding. The dresses are too small, so I emailed the customer support service to organise a return and refund.i have been totally ignored, even though I followed the process exactly. I have since emailed four more times without any response. Do not buy anything from this company.

I wish I’d of checked out trust pilot first, absolute scam! So annoyed at my self, just spent close to £100 which I doubt I will get any back.

Simply, ‘a touch of country-western flair & a touch of class’!As a Mama, I felt the styles were suitable w/ modesty! Also, I purchased a short ruffled denim dress for my 11 year old daughter!! I’m looking forward to receiving my package! I will wear to my family’s Fall photo session, on family’s ranch! ❤️❤️❤️

I wish i had read these reviews before i ordered my denim jumpsuit!! i waited three weeks to receive my order. i paid 25 dollars shipping fee and when my jumpsuit finally arrived it was not what i ordered it was not denim it was a shiny blue materisl trimmed in red with a zipper with a smocked neck line!! Do not order anything from this company INGSHOWS !!! its a fradulant siie!!

I ordered two western dresses and received the wrong item on one dress. The other dress looked nothing like the picture. I have sent several emails with no response asking for a refund. Also, the shipping took several weeks!!! This place is a total scam!!!

Clothing is cheap, doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Definitely a scam. Do not buy!

I waited almost 4 weeks for my items and I was really excited honestly thought it would be a genuine western style clothes.
What I got was two cheap knockoffs spent £60 for two items and they are poorly made.

I am so angry and disappointed 😞

I would have liked more pics on the product. No back views were given on the item I chose.
Everything else was fine.

Total ripoff! Do not order from this site. Merchandise is nothing like what’s pictured and they will only refund you 30% of your total purchase. Should have checked these reviews out before I ordered.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!! they advertise like they sell authentic vintage western apparel and its literally RAGS. Temu couldve done better. I paid $58 for an authentic denim dress and waited 3 weeks for a cheap hand rag with cheap lace poorly sewn to it. Ive never been so mad

I placed the order and received items I did not order. The quality is absolutely awful. The description says linen, I got manmade materials.
I was offered a refund and despite numerous email, I get an automated response. Still haven't received my refund. Absolute liars!
I cannot stress to potential buyers, do not purchase, you will be disappointed - not one of the 5 items I ordered was made well, cheap material and stitching is so bad. I tried one of the items on ad it fell apart.
Just awful if you order, be prepared to be disappointed - you can't return for a refund and as for getting your money or refund back, forget it!

It's not fair, I paid a good amount of money..when they came, I was in shock,

Extremely disappointed. I received 4 out of 5 incorrect dresses. The only one that was correct was a very poor quality. Trying to return but no answer after a month trying! ! Initially I wanted to return and obtain the items I ordered, but gave up on that and just want my money back but it’s proving impossible to get in touch with anybody…! Over 300euros down the drain

If I could give it a negative score I would. Just like the other reviewer said the clothing they send you does not resemble anything that you ordered. The material is soo cheap and poorly constructed that if someone were to light a match near you, you would burn up in flames. After receiving my clothing that did not resemble anything close to what I ordered, I returned it on my own dime. They said they were issuing me a partial refund. Which never came. I took it up with PayPal. Sent them copies of shipping receipts correspondence with the representatives of the company, and they are still denying me a refund. It's been three months and I still have not received my refund on the sub par clothing they are sending out in this scam.

The worst company ever. They lost my item , they didn’t delivered at all , they didn’t provide my phone number to delivery , and my item got lost , there is no money refund . I suggest to everyone to don’t order from this company .

The dress advertised is not at all what I received. Not only does it look different but the quality is of a halloween costume. Their posted policy is refund + they cover shipping if wrong item is sent, however they offered me only a partial refund for sending the wrong item. Its looking like I will have to dispute through my card. Absolutely do not order from here, its a scam company for sure.

These people who are under this companies name should be reported this website is a total scam. Ordered 2 dresses which arrived but they weren’t the dresses I ordered they were cheap wanna be design that didn’t even look the same. Are you blind making a dress from a backyard and thinking we wouldn’t notice it’s not anything like it. These dresses are expensive and All I got was crap fabric and the design was nothing like it. DONT BUY DODGY. And trying to get money back lol good luck

I wish I could give this website a negative star review! Where do I begin. The shipping took forever and I ordered 2 dresses and one was the wrong size and the other was the wrong color. Neither dress looked AT ALL like the photos and when I contacted them via email they said they could only give me a partial refund. I expresses that I wanted to return my items and get a full refund and they replied with a long list of instructions that ended with them MAYBE issuing me a refund if the package/items meet their conditions. Please do yourself a favor and shop SHEIN because the quality is dramatically better.
