MRI scan

I attended the clinic on the 11th of march. I was treated with care and understanding. Very happy with time keeping and the way staff carried out their work.

MRI scan on injured knee.

I attended this clinic for an MRI scan at the request of my GP. Very impressed. Quiet, organised, spotlessly clean, polite and helpful staff. Clinic ran on time and procedure was quick and easy. This is infinitely easier than going to a big hospital. Felt very covid safe.

Excellent

I wasn’t kept waiting very long. The staff were very polite and the gentleman doing my scan was very friendly and chatty. All done in east than five minutes.

Not bad.

The doctors are very nice and patient, but the lady who work for reception on the first floor is little bit rude and not polite.

👎👎Bunch of unprofessional working…

👎👎Bunch of unprofessional working here together. Had an appointment on 8th April took a day off from work after 45mins journey. I have been told that I am not on their system. Even though I was holding the letter of appointment confirmation in black and white. Receptionist asking me to call to their 033 number and find out why I am not on her system😡 just wondering if that's my part of job. Obviously, agent their could not answer and said apparently they send cancellation text on 25th of March. My question is confirmation of appointment by letter than why not cancellation by letter.👎👎😡😡 If the appointment was cancelled 13 days ago
