Thanks to the team at In House for making the sale of my father's house so stress free. I found they acted quickly, kept me well informed and managed the whole sale process from start to finish in a professional manner.

My cottage sold within a week over the asking price, the viewers were relevant to the property, hence no time wasters..
They also recommended a very efficient solicitor and removal company.

They were super professional, and I really felt they put in the extra effort to help me sell my property. Delivered as promised, and the communication was consistent and excellent.

InHouse were always attentive listeners, careful administrators and on time for appointments and communications. We needed a specific type of property to rent (after a period of difficulty and inconvenience) and InHouse organised a helpful viewing and found the answers to our questions by contacting the landlord promptly. Jon Pepper and his colleagues were a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic and prompt service from first contact to letting, could not have gone any smoother, always kept informed and updated. It was my first experience of letting and Jon and the team could not have made it any better - well done

Although my circumstances changed and I ended up purchasing my own home, Jon handled the early termination of my tenancy with the utmost professionalism. I used In House for the first time recently to find new tenants for 2 of our properties. The service has been very good, very professional. Jon found us a selection of prospective tenants, who were all lovely. So us having to choose was the hardest part. I would definitely use their services again.

Guy came to value my house and I decided to use Inhouse. The photographer came and took excellent photos and in no time I had a buyer and that was September 23, the house went on the market at the end of August 23. Charlie who showed people around was excellent along with Jess the sales progressor. Unfortunately in January I lost my buyer and wanted a new agent etc etc Yes I threw my toys out of the pram so to speak but the owner of Inhouse said I should stay put and I had to give a month’s notice anyway, so the house went back on the market and Charlie showed a potential buyer around on January 20. These people bought it!!
Everything went relatively smoothly from the agents end ,the slowness came from solicitors which neither I nor Inhouse could control however hard we tried. I moved on June 5 so the whole process with the second buyer took just over 4 months which people tell me is relatively quick.
A process I am glad I did but aiming never to do again!!

We've had a really exceptional experience with in house. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jon was our agent and he was fantastic very responsive, helpful and he has definitely made the whole experience quick, easy and stress free which is usually the complete opposite in my experience of renting previously.
I can honestly say that in house lettings are a company worth recommending if you want to have a pleasant home hunting experience.

We were looking for a quiet house, and we were shown a property for 55 years and over, but in house estate agents never told us that in the property above (even knowing it) was occupied by a deaf old lady who is noisy and had problem even to walk on her own. A Nigthmare every night affecting our health.

The whole team at In House have been amazing especially helping me through a tricky circumstance. Cat, Guy and Annie have gone above and beyond to help the selling of my house run as smoothly as possible.
Annie has been amazing and would always keep me in the loop of what was happening through each stage of the house sale, taking away a lot of the stress when selling a house.

The whole team at In House were fantastic right from the beginning of the process to the very end. Communication was always excellent and their marketing strategy is spot on. We had a bit of a rocky ride due to some unforeseen complications but the team were fantastic in guiding us through it all to a perfect end.
On a personal note I would like to thank Annie in particular who worked her absolute socks of for us and is a massive credit to the team!!

A very professional Estate Agent, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and assisted us throughout the selling process expertly.
Especial praise must go to Annie Collins who is the Sales Progressor. She works behind the scenes with great professionalism, and good humour ensuring a smooth process is maintained by acting as the conduit between buyers, sellers and solicitors. Basically this role is the lynchpin of the whole system, brilliant.
