It’s been a week now, and I’m still waiting despite paying for express shipping. The timeframe advertised on the website hasn’t been met, and I’ve been emailing every day without a reply or tracking information. The lack of communication is frustrating and has left me worried. I would really appreciate a clear update on when my order will arrive.

Quite meh experience. Product, the frame, was flimsy and not especially good quality. It was damaged, not in delivery but in production and still passed through their quality. Quite low level quality. Delivery was promised in a week, and it took over a month. I guess with -50% discount the price was closer to what it should be but still, not especially good experience

I cannot recommend Inka Arthouse enough! The prints are beautiful, and the customer service I received from Emma was genuinely outstanding. When I reached out about an issue with my order, Emma went above and beyond to help, offering a thoughtful and generous solution that I truly did not expect.

It is rare to come across a business that makes you feel so valued as a customer. The kindness, understanding and willingness to help really stood out to me, and it has made me even more excited to purchase from Inka Arthouse again in the future.

I ordered two frames A1 prints. When they arrived, there were some issues. Since then, the customer service team have really pulled out all of the stops to deliver replacement prints. The CEO even responded to check all was ok, really blown away by the customer service. The replacement prints are gorgeous and I’m really impressed with the quality.

LawnGuru came to the rescue during the recent heave snowfall. I requested snow removal early in the morning , and they cleared my driveway and walkways perfectly before I had to leave for work Reliable and fast service!

Absolutely stunning fine art prints – 10/10!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Inka Arthouse. The quality of the fine art prints is superb, and they look absolutely incredible on my walls. The pricing was extremely reasonable, particularly considering the quality of the prints and framing.

The customer service has also been fantastic throughout, with the team being incredibly helpful and accommodating.

My only complaint is that I don't have enough wall space for more! Couldn't recommend Inka Arthouse highly enough. 10/10!

Affordable art and extremely good quality. I ordered to aboriginal art prints framed in natural wood. They arrived very well packaged and I am very impressed and pleased with them. Absolutely stunning artwork. The Inka Art images are beautifully crafted and have such a sophisticated, luxurious feel — they have completely elevated the space.
There was a very minor scratch on one of my paintings when it arrived, but the team handled it exceptionally well and arranged a replacement immediately. Their service was impeccable — incredibly responsive, professional and attentive from start to finish.
