As advertised my deep sleep rose from my typical 60 minutes or less to 1 hour 20 minutes. I also slept 6 hours which is more than typical. Mind you, this was all while I am still struggling with staying asleep due to a recently torn rotator cuff and just recovering from another bout of COVID!

Hit the back button which caused an extra charge but that was refunded within an hour of me emailing customer service. Following the plan and so far in the last 4 days I have slept better than I have slept in the last 20 years.

I enjoyed the beats and I used them quite a bit, BUT just like basically all other apps now, it's very unclear upon checkout (unless you read pages of T's & C's) that what you're actually signing up to is a subscription, at least on the 3 month plan anyway. I can't comment on the monthly charge.
It absolutely did not make it clear upon checkout that I would be charged again after 3 months. They even offe lr the chakra clearing 'lifetime' package for a discounted rate at checkout. I set calender reminders to cancel subscriptions before the recharge date if I ever do sign up for one. I didn't do that with innerflo because I was NOT aware it was a subscription.
The only way I found out it was a subscription was when $110 AUD came out of my account. I contacted support as soon as I saw the charge, which would have been the same day or day after it renewed, and deleted the app. Of course no refund was given.
Any app that doesn't make it clear you're on a subscription, or that doesn't send a reminder email before subscriptions renew is providing very poor customer service, and to be honest creating more stress to people, in this instance anyway, who are using the app to reduce stress!

One password with symbols, 10 characters wasn't accepted and led to an 505 error. I pasted it from a password generator.
The I wrote an old password I remembered. It worked. I will change it to a more complex one in the app.

I signed up for a one off payment for 1 month. There was no clear sign of a recurring fee as if there had been I would never had signed up. After a month I saw a double payment going out. I contacted and complained. They showed in a return email that I had signed up for recurring. I never saw this statement and it must have been hidden in some way . They just said sorry but we don't do a refund but your subscription is now cancelled. I thought the fee was a one off. I can accept the first payment which I thought was an annual fee but the extra £31 is a disgrace. I am so angry at them. There should be internet protocols to stop these scams.

The Customer Service was outstanding. They were professional, efficient and timely. My wife bought the app to ease some anxiety and promote sleep. Unfortunately, the situation that was causing said anxiety and lack of sleep overwhelmed her and she completely forgot about the porduct. So when it renewed and I asked her about the charge and she was couldn't remember and was worried about being scamed, I took what I could from the bank contacted Innerflo and within a day the charges were figured out.
They did not reverse the charges mind you and I don't believe my wife asked them to, but they were amazing.
