Initially I loved it

Initially I loved it. Then, I started to get errors again, and again, and again. I contacted support and they made me reset my password, didn’t work. Delete and redownload app, didn’t work. I ended up cancelling as Candy crush is more reliable than an app people need in a time of need!

I cancelled my subscription

I cancelled my subscription, and low and behold I find a charge for a 3 year extension that I did not authorize, no cc update, nothing. Coincidence? I think not. Buyer beware

Payments are only processed when a purchase is completed with valid payment details.

If a subscription is cancelled correctly before its renewal date, no further charges should occur. Charges after cancellation can sometimes happen if the cancellation was applied after a renewal had already been triggered or if a separate active subscription/add-on is linked to the same account.

Useful and efficient application. Excellent quality sounds carefully selected and personaly customized. That helped achieve and feel the of calmness, clarity, good mood and quality sleep with good rest. It is necessary listening with headphones to achieve the effect.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancelled.
Support is fast, accurate and understanding.

Ease of use

Ease of use. My card was denied for the third upgrade, probably thought it was a scam, as funds are available. Can't find where to try again or add the upgrades manually.

They like to charge extra

I cancelled my subscription in the beginning of March, they acknowledged cancellation and then charged me again on april 8th. I wrote immediately and their answer was
"The charges you’re referring to were processed more than 14 days ago.
According to our refund policy, charges older than 14 days are not eligible for refunds.
Your subscription has been cancelled, and no further charges will occur"
There were no 14 days and subscription had been cancelled for over a month. I wrote again and got same answer. I think they don't even read mails, must be automated answers. Beware!
After having sent the requested data, I was told that there are 2 different companies, so if you cancel with one, the one you subscribed for, the other one will continue to charge you. Beat that!

Read the fine print very carefully! I thought I was making a one-time payment to use the app for $15.99. The month after I purchased it, I was charged $39.97. Had to have the subscription cancelled, am only receiving half of the refund for the $39.97 charge!
