Dishonest and deceptive practices

Truly dishonest and deceptive practices. I have cancelled my month subscription and it shows as cancelled but they have been charging me every month since. Even changing the account to charge my card when I blocked the first account.
Be careful.

Tried for the first time

Tried for the first time. I do use sleeping pills and don’t want to go through withdrawal until I am certain Innerflo will work for me without meds.

Goosebumps

The frequences are embedded in sounds that are, I think, my origin! They are calming down but on the same time they make goosebumps on my body because they are nice and fine. I like synthesized und piano sounds, they have great influences on me!

Very simple to sign up

Very simple to sign up. Hoping very much that it helps me to fall asleep before 3 or 4 am. Sometimes i don’t sleep at all.

Really tiresome checkout process

endless extra selling product add-ons with no idea how it differed from the original purchase or why it wasn't included already. Almost ditched the whole buy.

I have been charged for a subscription which I did NOT authorise!
This is dreadful and so difficult to get hold of the company to cancel.

Communication & cancellation is horrible

The product itself is fine. Not sure if I found much benefit from it but the communication & cancellation process is cumbersome. I was charged two different charges after trying to get it cancelled prior to the deadline & was only offered a 25% credit back. After arguing back & forth they agreed to 50% of the charges but regardless, it’s predatory behavior in that people cannot easily find the cancellation terms or procedures. Over $100 for a 3 month subscription is what I was charged & they wouldn't refund it in full the day it hit the bank?Don't bother even trying it.
