George Teel was extremely helpful in getting my printer up and running. I really appreciate his time in getting my printer setup going.

Anni Watson helped me understandwhats going on with me and with my devices , she ave me all information about the problem dn solution and gave me the best advice for my lifetime , its was very hard to understand everything was going with me but she resolve my all problem and make out of my all problem

My tech was Brian Wilson. Brian was extremely helpful and patient as he corrected several issues I was dealing with. What started as adding a printer led to an unsupported OS and adding a more secure firewall. Very satisfied with Brian's help!

We spent about an hour going back and fourth because I am such a slow person on computers. he is also and a credit to HP, that I own stock in. thank yo for this opportunity but especially Jason
