I have been with this company for about 5 years now. I have had no complaints with the quality, the shipping, etc. They are not cheap, but there is a reason they are not. After ordering from them, roughly 5 times in that span, for various products, clip ins and wigs… i had an issue with the quality. I reported it to them and they fixed the issue immediately. I also use other brands etc. However if you want something that truly lasts, you get what you pay for… and catch them on a sale. it makes it a bit easier.

I was ready to order a couple of wigs once I read a few reviews. OMG!! There is no need to trip with these tip iff companies that charge $600 for a piece of crap. Girls switch over to LuvMe Wigs and you’ll be so impressed with the looks, quality as well as the decent prices.they are the best. I know that because I have a collection. I’m hooked on LuvMe Wigs and if you go there, I guarantee you’ll be pleased to. Try it girls!

This wig is worth every single penny (I bought two different wigs from this site and each one is amazing!). The quality of hair 10/10, the customer service 10/10. Everything about my experience was high quality and luxurious. I am definitely going to be buying any future hair from here <3

I ordered the Dominique wig, which is clearly described and shown as a loose wave texture on the product page.

As you'll see on my photo, what I received is nowhere near what I ordered.

Despite providing side-by-side photo evidence (attached) and following every one of their requests — including co-washing, styling with mousse, and photographing the wig — the company continues to claim this is the Dominique unit. It’s not. Anyone with working eyes can see that.

For the past three weeks, I’ve been gaslit and strung along by customer service, who insist the curl pattern will magically loosen with product. That’s simply not how hair texture works. You cannot *mousse* tight curls into loose waves. This is basic hair knowledge and frankly insulting.

I paid over $600 for a product I did not receive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the company has wasted my time, denied reality, and refused a refund.

This isn’t just poor service. It’s false advertising and refusal to take accountability.

Unless this is resolved immediately — with a full refund or the correct unit sent — I’ll continue sharing my experience and this visual comparison across all platforms so that other buyers aren’t taken advantage of the way I have been.

Purchased "Natural Black" color but the hair received is clearly BROWN. Took pictures inside and outside lighting...still BROWN, not tints, not highlights...the hair is BROWN! Everyone looks at it and says the same thing...it's BROWN! Except the company...they tried to convince me that the hair isn't Brown or defective, so they provided no exchange/replace, no refund.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Terrible quality hair, terrible customer service. Hair tangles mats and sheds like crazy, and it’s not true to length. I don’t think it’s all human hair. Perfect if you like overpaying and being taken advantage of. Definitely would not recommend.

I had bought the body wave and straight clip-ons. The hairs were beautiful. I dyed the body wave burgundy. I receive a lot of compliments. You have to measure your hair to order your correct size. So far I have no problems with this company hair. I just ordered the thin part and will give it a review once I receive it.

Unimpressed. I ordered the wrong size its wayy to small for my head. I spent $600, I am not able to exchange it at all no exceptions. This makes me really sad because I haven't been able to wear the wig. I have $600 hanging in my closest. They weren't even willing to help me or give me ideas on how I can still use the product. I tried expanding it but I can only do that the circumference of the wig (around). I need an extension in the diameter of the wig (across). I really want to wear or try this wig out but I can't. It upsets me to have spent that much money on hair and the company isn't willing to help me at all. They just take your money then you are no good to them after they have gotten your money. Its just sitting there in a box so I don't have a reminder everyday on how much money I wasted on a company so unempathetic. And they were kind of rude about everything when I spoke with them. Any ways good luck on your purchase I wish I could have experienced it.

I wish I could upload pictures. I’ve tried a few different clip in extensions before including hergivrn which I spent a pretty penny on, but the Invisiroot ClipIns are by far the best hair investment I’ve made. They are actually as undetectable as their videos show. They’re lightweight and don’t cause discomfort even after wearing them for hours. The hair quality is beautiful, it’s soft very little shedding. The texture is perfect for my hair, making it almost impossible to tell I’m wearing extensions. These have become my go to for every day and also special occasions styles. The only thing I didn’t like is the ship time. It took around 10 days but I get that they give you so many options so it’s sort of like your creating your own customized hair so it does take longer than general bundles with limited options. I haven’t had to use it but I also like that their hair comes with a warranty.

Initially I was not happy with a few of the clip ins. Emailed back and forth with customer service a few times and I was eventually made whole. I find the product to be great and I have gotten lots of positive comments on the hair.

I wish i had read other reviews here before buying!!!! Like others have said, this is a scam!!! The fact that they are totally ok with leaving a customer dissatisfied, stuck with a poorly fitting wig, and unwilling to help beyond quoting policies is unlike anything I’ve experienced. They get your money and dont give a crap about your experience with their product.Go to myfirstwig, hergiven hair etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered the clip ins. I agree with the other reviews. The price point doesn’t match the quality. Their products are insanely expensive. The invisi-root clip ins doesn’t lay as flesh to the scalp as I was expecting. The shorter width pieces need an extra clip to be secure. I wouldn’t recommend this company

Buyers be ware. Their products are very expensive and they give very little and their products are very scanty. Their price value doesn't match what they give to customers. I feel id been deceived and ripped off. And they won't work with you. Any other wig or clip-ins I get. I'm going back to where they give you the Good amount of product for the price point, back to hergiven

Hands down the best hair I’ve worn and I’ve pretty much tried them all, including the celebrity brands. Their customer service was also on point. The only issue is the wait for the custom units (2 weeks) but if you get a ready to ship one it comes really quickly. The invisiroot feature on their wigs and clip-ins does exactly what it says. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

Do not buy from this company! RUN. The wig cost me almost $600 CAD and I cannot wear it. The hair is poor quality and looks like a mop even though I bought the expensive recommended products. Buyer beware its a SCAM!! The wig would be the quality found at a dollarama discount store.

I’ve been buying from this company since 2014 when they were still called Hollywood 10 minute sew-in. Their hair quality has always been exceptional. Recently I had a bad experience with one of my bundles. This was the first time where I had to utilize their warranty. I was very impressed that when they say a “full coverage warranty” they really mean it. After sending them a few pictures of the issues, they immediately apologized and sent me a replacement. I’ve received hair from other companies in the past that was likely from a bad batch. I get it. That’s just the luck of the draw sometimes with human hair. But the other companies did not stand by their product. They didn’t even offer a warranty.

I was already a loyal customer to innovative weaves but after this experience where they immediately replaced my hair, I felt compelled to write as many reviews on different sites as I could. I was shocked to see the other 2 negative reviews on this site. I’m wondering if they contacted them and followed their warranty process. It was pretty easy but you do need to send pictures. I highly recommend this company. If you have issues just remember they give you a full warranty on the hair. It covers shedding, tangling and any other defects. You might not be use to this because I don’t know of any other hair company who offers it. I almost forgot about it myself but they sent me reminder email a couple weeks after my order arrived. I can’t say enough good things about their hair, invisi root products and their service.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before purchasing from innovative weave. I purchased a wig for about $450 after discount and the hair is very poor quality. That’s a lot of money for a wig! At that price point you would expect to receive top quality hair, but NOPE. The hair they sent is thin, dry, and full of split ends. They sent me and email informing me that I needed to use Olapex to treat the hair and that I should have purchased a longer wig so that I could cut off the thin dry ends. Wow! So they sent a $450 wig with dry hair then ask the consumer to purchase a $30 product to treat the hair. They also scam customers by not posting the negative honest reviews, therefore, you’ll only see good reviews on their website.

Do NOT order hair from this company. Stop thinking you’ll be the exception to the rule. I spend $500 of my hard earned money and my only vindication is that I will stop anyone from making this purchase. That makes my heart relax. This company is a scam. They send a different type of hair to the person on YouTube and tried to tell me that I didn’t know how to do the hair. It took me a while to find out that it wasn’t me. At first I was ashamed. But it be your own people. I do not wish this company well and they will not last. It is not sustainable. They have been cursed for what they did. They know that the hair they sent was inferior. Do not buy this hair. They do not care.
