My items shipped super fast and got here days before I expected them to and the hair was so soft and blends so naturally with my hair. I will be shopping here for future styles.

I ordered the 16 inch crochet human hair. Delivery for took longer than I expected. My item was delivered to the wrong address in a different state. Once I finally got it, I washed it, let it hair dry and I was very surprised at the quality of the hair. It reminded me of the wet and wavy braiding hair we used to get back in the 90s. It’s very full but light. 3 packs is more than enough for full head. The price is very affordable compared to other brands and had some left over. I would definitely recommend this hair for the spring and summer.

I ordered the product over three months ago. They finally sent a product after I requested a refund but it was not the product that I ordered. As a matter fact, I told them I did not want an alternate product. They insisted the product was an upgrade, it was not and sent the alternate product without my consent. I have asked for a return shipping label which they are refusing to provide. Awful customer service!

This hair is ok but doesn’t blend PERFECTLY but it’s quality hair clip ins. When the hair is wet to dry, I looks good. Brushed and blown out it looks ok as well. I’ll have to cut it down to blend with my shorter hair. I recently cut my hair and miss my ponytail, so I use these for the length and pony.
Doesn’t shed a bunch and the clips don’t hurt.

I ordered 2 packs 18” silky straight clip in extensions! The extensions are fantastic. There’s no chemical smell and only slight shedding.

Their customer service team is better at communicating than some of the hair providers that’s advertising all over social media. There contact with me occurred within 24 hours of my initial email, they were attentive, provided a swift solution, and follow-up. I’ve purchased before and the hair quality is good even with product on it. A quick wash and it’s back to its original texture and softness.
