A Disappointing Experience with…

A Disappointing Experience with Innovato Store

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Innovato Store and would not recommend it to others. While their website appears promising, the actual service falls far short of expectations.

First and foremost, their customer service is incredibly poor. Reaching them is a challenge, as they are either unresponsive or provide vague, unhelpful replies. When I enquired about my order status, I was told it had been delivered, when checking this had been delivered to the incorrect address, too which there response was to ask me to start chasing the delivery company and start to provide evidence!!

Even worse, my order never arrived despite multiple follow-ups. I was repeatedly given excuses, but no concrete solution or timeline for delivery. After waiting far beyond the estimated timeframe, I had no choice but to request a refund.

Unfortunately, Innovato Store refused to issue a full refund, even though they failed to deliver the product. Instead, they offered a partial refund, which felt like an insult considering they provided absolutely nothing in return. It’s disappointing that they expect customers to settle for a small portion of their money back while receiving nothing in exchange.

Overall, this experience has been nothing but stressful. A business that does not prioritize customer satisfaction, refuses to honor refunds for undelivered goods, and offers only token compensation is not one I can trust or recommend. I strongly urge potential customers to exercise caution before purchasing from Innovato Store.

Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs, it would be quicker for you to learn how to make the product you want and make it yourself.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bought our wedding rings from here. After 3 months they turned up just in time for the wedding. By the afternoon of the wedding my finger had turned green and the colour had come off the ring. Two weeks later my husbands one split and the wooden inlay had fallen out. I contacted customer services and found them shocking. I sent pictures to prove what had happened. They would not fully refund as past their policy time (took 3 months to receive i might add) but did offer a 50% refund. I agreed as better than nothing but still not happy. We are now 4 months on and No Refund No Rings. They have completely ignored all contact from me and continue to do so. Do not waste your money.

Nothing saying they would be closed for 2 weeks

I placed an order. I didn't receive a confermation email. So I emailed them a few days later. We ordered our engagement rings. They said they are delivered from China and as its the Chinese New year they are closed for 2 weeks. It hasn't even started yet. Also that will then be more than 10 days after. They have offered us 10% off or our money back. After reading the reviews i may ask for a refund. But what if I hadn't emailed. There was nothing on the site about closing for 2 weeks.

Appalling!!

My partner ordered me a ring for Valentine’s Day & when it eventually arrived (not in the advised time) it was nothing like the picture as there was missing stones. He paid for the express delivery which doesn’t make any difference as it never came any quicker then the 7-15 days. Customer service is appalling & even after sending numerous pictures of what was ordered & what came they still refused any kind of explanation & told my partner to return the item as his own cost!. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company as the items are NOT as advertised & the customer service is horrendous.

Really disappointed ☹️

Really disappointed ☹️. Bought 2 rings on 15th Oct. Very bad customer service. One ring turned up to big the other hasn’t even left China. I told them to cancel it and that same day they sent it. 12 days after purchasing, It’s still in China but the delivery time is 7-14 days. Apparently I have to return it tracked and pay for customs before any refund is made. If I don’t pay the customs fee they will deduct it from my refund!
The return address on my UK tracking label is a UK address so why am I sending it back to Bulgaria?
I’ve been offered a 30% refund to keep the ring but it will cost more than that to get it resized. You need to make the return policy very clear on your website.

I explained the situation to them and Since May I have still not received my refund. Its happened 2x. Will advise people not buy from them.
Still waiting for my refund n no response from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM CHEAP AND NASTY

Spent 55.00 on two jewellery sets, items came and they are the cheapest of the cheap. Braclet broken, the items huge nothing like in picture which was delicate. Silver and gold so light and nasty... I'm gob smacked at what they charged for what i got.. DO NOT BUY from them. PRIMARK jewellery quality even better than theirs.. I'm raging..

Shocking company, shoddy items

Shocking company, shocking product, item was late, the hat title headed as wool/felt fadora has only cotton and polyester, it is more like a kiss me quick hat. The band fits poorly, the stitching and finishing is appalling. They want me to pay the duty and send it to Bulgaria at my expense even though the quality is shocking. I have photos of the poor quality but they still think i need to pay the return.

Please think again before ordering from this site

Was apprehensive about ordering from this site, but there were two rings that me and my future husband liked for potential weddings rings, so I ordered these. 7-15 days was the expected delivery time, and still waiting 3 and a half weeks later. I emailed asking where my order was and was told they didn’t know as the tracking hasn’t updated. I checked the order and the shipment was cancelled without any notice. I asked for a refund, which was provided quickly. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from this site, based on my experience.
