My order ID #3006961

My order ID #3006961, which was placed on October 10, 2025. The order was supposed to be delivered by now, but I have not received it yet, and there has been no update or communication regarding the delay.

It has now been 10 days since the expected delivery date, and I am still waiting for my shipment. I would like to know the reason for the delay, the current status of my order, and the expected delivery date.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update as soon as possible.
