The skin care I bought a month ago really paid off. The quality of the products was outstanding and my skin feels like new after using teh products.

"I purchased a body lotion from mCaffeine and had a very bad experience.
Within a short time of using it, I got a severe skin allergy – redness, itching and irritation.

I immediately stopped using the product and tried contacting their support team multiple times, but there has been NO proper response from their side.

This is very disappointing and concerning because skincare products should be safe for use. Lack of customer support makes it even worse.

I request the brand to take responsibility, respond to customers, and ensure better quality control.

Not recommended at all. Please be careful before buying."

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. At first they will give robotic replies, it's so frustrating to keep on asking for refund and those people are least bothered to even reply now. I highly request you to don't buy anything from this people.

M caffeine' buy 2 get 3 free has really helped me a lot ✨ I am teenager who doesn't earn money so it's difficult for me to invest my money on skincare products but guess what M caffeine has a great solution... I ordered two sunscreens for about 399 each and with that I was rewarded with 100% discount on my conditioner and a body lotion and also got the soap for free
The sunscreen really doesn't leave any white cast on face and really protect from UV rays also with my experience of 15 days uses I can clearly see how my face tan has been reduced .It's winter not but in the afternoon time there's lot of sunrays and dust ... literally people around me are asking me what did you do to your face 😭... And no doubt the body lotion is also crazy it smells soo soo soo good just like a coffee toffee 🤌 I don't even require to add any perfume after the lotion the dryness in my skin has reduced... it's winter now and I apply the lotion daily in morning and go to attend my classes at 7 am then there break when I come just for break in so much crowd dust and sunlight then I come back for like 9 pm but still my skin feels moisturised and smells perfect also no tan !! That so crazy. Now coming to conditioner, it really has removed all my frizz... I used to feel insecure about my hairs due to frizz and dandruff but now I can go out all day with my hairs open there's no frizz and no dandruff anymore!! The soap has also done it's magic... I am surely gonna order all my cosmatic product from M caffeine... I genuinely loved there product, i hope you people also get benefited by their products and yeah enjoy

I ordered something in the mcaffeine application I cancelled it due to some reason and it's been 5 days they are giving this or that excuses but not giving refund not arranging a call back even after request multiple times.... please my humble request never ever use this app or website

I have placed an order on Mcaffine on 27th april,2025. I waited for 2 weeks, no progress on order was made. When i decided to cancel the order, there was no option to cancel the order ,neither on thier website nor on thier app. When i tried contacting their costumer service, there is no costumer service available on call or on chat,only bot replies. So i have raised a ticket on thier website to cancel the order, but as i did that the order status shifted from pending to fulfilled. The payment has already been made . Very bad website ,no costumer service available, never order from this website.
