I found Innpacked from google, i contacted them them and they explained every process from beginning to the end and it took almost a month to process the licence which is the normal procedure but at the end i got my licence and i am very thankful to all the staffs who made it happen. Thank you🙏

The instructor was so nice and welcoming. I turned up alone with a group of 4 people who all knew each other and the instructor made me feel so at ease by being so lovely when I turned up. She also made the content so easy to understand and retain. Overall great experience!!

5 stars. These days good service is hard to come by. Stephen, Edith and the Innpacked team were exactly what we needed. Massively attentive, helpful, efficient, relentless and got the job done. They always made time to update us and take our calls when we had a query. Don’t hesitate to go with these guys, worth every penny and a joy to work with. Thank again guys.

Fantastic experience with this company from start to finish! Stephen was very attentive and helpful when booking, even offering to run a private session for us at no extra cost. All paperwork regarding the course was detailed and concise and the course itself was presented brilliantly by Kelli our trainer! Our team passed and even got to leave earlier than planned...10/10! The course itself was very engaging and informative. The service was also good and the communication with Innpacked helped me with the process of getting the qualification for my personal licence.

The team followed up with any paperwork that I hadn't sent through or done correctly, they answered all my queries and they were very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful from the start and as it was our first premises licence we had applied for it meant I could concentrate on other things. Thank you to all with your advice and help!

The on line exam was awkward with the technical requirements. It felt overboard the need to clear your table, remove your watch etc... There was also a delay in my certificate been issued but Stephen has been excellent in chasing this down.

Unfortunately the course was canceled last minute and I was not informed, however they were quick to re arrange the course and exam to be completed online.
