I had a little problem with two of my 12 innr lamps. After i wrote the service, i got instantly help for my problem. The service was very friendly. Next lamps are innr too!!!

I have bought Innr lights strips and smart plugs to operate through a Hue based system and Homekit via homebridge. Had a small problem with the light strip and contacted Innr customer service. Had a reply immediately even though it was a Sunday and sent over some photos. Without any further action a replacement was sent. I am gobsmacked how good their customer service is and highly recommend their products which, although lack all the features of the Hue are also a lot cheaper. Finally, shoutout to Ajay who was extremely helpful and polite, and is a credit to the company.
Finally, four stars just because there was a faulty strip, but CS is five stars.

I recently bought a innr light strip to try some other non Hue Product via a german online store. Unfortunatly two segments of the strip didn't work and I was not able to turn off the strip completly (using conbee II). I contacted the great service team of innr and after sending the invoice and some pictures of the problem they returned a brand new light strip in a short time.
Now everything is up and running smoothly. Thank you, Ajay!

I have a mix of smart bulbs from Philips Hue, Innr and Lohas, and use an Echo Show as the bridge. I have found no difference between the Innr and Hue bulbs from either a configuration or a functional perspective. I did have an issue with one Innr tunable GU10 after a couple of months where it would not change colour (shade of white). I contacted Innr directly who resolved the issue quickly. I was asked to reset the bulb and once that had not worked they sent a new one which arrived quickly. I dealt with the same person throughout which was comforting. No issues with any of the other bulbs (I have 11 Innr bulbs in total) and would definitely recommend as an alternative to Hue.

One of my Innr bulbs had the cap come off.The bulb was less than 2 years old.I contacted Innr via facebook messenger and they were brillant to deal with.They had a replacement send to me quickly. being based in Ireland I dont have a store that stocks Innr so it was super to see that eveeything could be resolved online.The person I dealt was named Ajay and he was truly brillant to deal with. I am very grateful of their customet service,if only other companies could learn a thing or two from them.Well done Innr and well done Ajay,excellent to deal with.

I'm keeping an open mind on these as have now managed to get the lamps to connect.
I originally gave a 1 star, this was born out of frustration from 3 hours last night trying to get them to connect.
I would say that INNR were very quick to offer assistance, and i can see from other posts that many poeple have got the lamps to connect, but only after having to speak to Innr directly.
So, what was the issue, theres the problem, its unknown. Last night i tried multiple times to get the lamps to connect, and i made sure Hue was searching before i put the lamps into discovery mode.
I gave up after 3 hours.
Today, circumstances no different, i tried again, same process, and they connect straight away with no issues. I have no idea why they wouldn't connect last night and today they have no problem.

Well, I had some issues to connect the lights to my Hue bridge but the customer support was really helpful.
In a nutshell, plug the lights. Search for the lights in the Hue app. And whilst searching (very important), switch the lights off then on again.
The quality is great - so far - at a fraction of the price of Hue spotlights ...

Really good customer service. I did have a problem with a smart bulb which is why I was speaking to thier service department but it was replaced without any issue at all and I found the customer service team to be incredibly helpfull.

Really great customer service. Bulbs appear to have stopped working with the Hue bridge after an update of the latter. Suggested several things to try, the last of which worked and now back up and running. Actually offered to replace bulbs if I hadn’t been successful. Excellent.
