I have Interstitial Lung Disease and before my Inogen Rove 6, my life was to oxygen tanks when I left my home. Now with my Inogen Rove 6, I can leave my home for up to 12 hours without having to deal with using an oxygen tank.

I feel so much freedom now! So far, everything has been GREAT. Any time I have questions all I have to do is call and Delaina (not sure if the spelling is right) is right there to help me out and advise me. I'm really glad I have my Imogen!!!!

I do not have to use it a lot. I use it when I take my walk and a short time after. It works great in recovering my oxygen. I drop to 88 to 89 without the device. With the device I stay from 91 to 92. I then rest with the device, and it recovers to 96. The engineers that created this are geniuses.

I love the machine but I had to wait for the carrying case because it wasn’t in the package. It was sent overnight so I wasn’t waiting too long. The concentrator works very well and is much easier to carry than the tanks I had before. It is expensive but worth it. The customer service has been good.

3 rove 6's in a year. The in home unit is nice and has had no issues. Prices seem very high when compared to other brands.

he product is great but the company customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Thought it was an isolated incident but unfortunately not. Takes hours on the phone to get help and when you think it's resolved it isn't. Multiple phone calls, and issues aren't resolved even after being in the phone for hours. This is just one of the bad reviews that you have gotten that has totally been my experience also. I have been weeks trying to get my oxygen after being lied to many times about how I am going to get it the next day. Finally got it today and they sent the wrong small unit. I specifically asked for the one I had in the past because I had bought, on my own, the larger batteries which do not fit on the unit they sent me. I am 81 years old, have major heart and lung problems along with many other health problems and do not need to deal with people that are incompetent and don't care. The last person I talked to I asked her to leave a message for a supervisor to call me back....so far no one has even called me back. I am beyond frustrated, irritated and angry trying to get this straightened out.

I do like the Rove 44. The suggestion I wouldd make is re further work on carrying cse. Seems it could weigh less & the placement of the hole to plug it interferes with case. Always in the way.

I love the backpack. I can do all my chores and walking and can't even tell that I'm carrying the Inogen unit. The extending batteries also last for many hours as described. I can't wait to take it on a trip.

The g5 is just to heavy for me. Also having major problems with gas and bloating pulse units. Apparently I am not breathing correct.

I haven’t received the concentrator yet. It was supposed to be overnighted which it was but to the wrong address. De Asha went over the address when I purchased it. It ended up going to my daughter’s house. We live 3 hours away and my husband can’t go that long without supplemental oxygen. I called CS and the best they can do is reroute it to me and I should expect it in 1-2 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and there was not one available. I was hoping that they could send another one overnight and have the other one returned to them. My daughter didn’t sign for it so it was still with UPS. She suggested I call back at another time when there was a supervisor was available. At the end of the conversation I asked for her supervisors name and she isn’t able to give me a name. It’s against company policy. CS has no authorization to make things right and you can’t talk to anyone above the person that has no authority. Now it’s Friday and I bet I don’t get the machine until next week! It was supposed to be here yesterday.

It is much quieter than the last machine I had.
The employees have been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Speaking with rep Glen Davis made my decision much easier. He answered all my questions and taylored my order to fill the needs I expected to face in my future. He was understanding and got all my equipment to me in one order.
Not having to carry an awkward oxygen bottle and extra bottles is great is a blessing. No more keeping track of bottle supplies is a great relief as well.

I went from a heavy portable one that tore my shoulder up to a Rove 4 that is little and lightweight; I love it!
