Waited weeks for delivery of bras. The cup innards are lumpy , badly made, and won’t sit flat making the bras unwearable . I sent pictures clearly showing proof of the defective items asking for a free return label and refund . For two days I’m being refused to be able to return for refund . Offered £3 back now at max £8 back offer . They are not withholding their return policy of 30 days to return , the items are faulty , unwearable and just awful. The pictures speak for themselves but I’ve been told just wear them the padding should sort itself out . I can’t wear them my chest looks like I have parts missing from that area and makes my clothes unflattering. Absolutely disgusted by their responses to me . I wish I could post pictures of the items to show . Do not purchase from this company

I’d been looking for such simple clothes lines and found these. I bought three colours on offer, hoping friends might also enjoy. The upside is that they arrived, which is great. The downside is really long time in transit & high postage / taxes from US to UK. Nevertheless, the garden will enjoy the flatter of fresh linen *

The order I got was for a females blouse at a cost of £20 but the price I had to pay was £30 a delivery charge but it had taken over 3 weeks to get it delivered. So although the blouse was good the service was terrible so won't be using this company again.

Disappointed as the pads in the 3 bras I received today are all extremely creased, spoiling the shape, I have tried to reshape them but no joy, I like the bras, therefore I am going to try and purchase new cup padding.

Delivery took longer than expected.
The product is very good for the money but is advertised as being for women with fuller bust however it only goes up to an F cup. I am a G so I tried it anyway but it didn’t go anywhere near. I still wear it for bed as it is really comfortable. If they increase the cup sizes I will order a lot of these bras.

It was delivered quickly - like the packaging- I’ve not used any of the products yet but they look good

They are comfortable the delivery took quite a bit longer than I hoped for. The fabric is very nice soft and cosy but a little warm at the moment. The reason for only 5 stars is that the cups are slightly rucked up and won't smooth out but I'm over all pleased with the fit

The delivery took way longer than I expected as I didn’t realise it was coming from overseas. The bra itself is a great colour but a little smaller so I have to use the loosest fastenings and the band keeps rolling up.
I wouldn’t re-order I’m afraid.

Shocking customer service! I ordered some bras from this company and as my order went through they took more money than it said. I managed to get them to refund the extra charge fortunately but wasn’t happy they do that. When the bras arrived they have huge folds in the padding which means they cannot be worn. I sent photos to the company and they won’t let me return them, only telling me it would cost me too much to return. They’re only offering me £7 compensation and to keep the faulty bras. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON’T HONOUR YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS!!

I don’t know where this company is but I have not had a great experience .
Waited ages and had to find out what happened to my order - sent another top to me , I received it but it’s far too big - sizes on line differ do much .
Trying to send it bsck is equally frustrating .

It took a long time to arrive.The pleated section in the back was crumpled so that it doesn't hang properly. Only one item has arrived

Wel the material shown in the advert was thinner and more flowing , the teeshirt I got ‘was thicker and not as silk like as it was shown to be in the advert tbh.
But it’s ok for when temperatures drop a bit I guess!
