My items were as described and posted promptly.

Shocking customer service! I ordered some bras from this company and as my order went through they took more money than it said. I managed to get them to refund the extra charge fortunately but wasn’t happy they do that. When the bras arrived they have huge folds in the padding which means they cannot be worn. I sent photos to the company and they won’t let me return them, only telling me it would cost me too much to return. They’re only offering me £7 compensation and to keep the faulty bras. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON’T HONOUR YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS!!

I don’t know where this company is but I have not had a great experience .
Waited ages and had to find out what happened to my order - sent another top to me , I received it but it’s far too big - sizes on line differ do much .
Trying to send it bsck is equally frustrating .

It took a long time to arrive.The pleated section in the back was crumpled so that it doesn't hang properly. Only one item has arrived

Wel the material shown in the advert was thinner and more flowing , the teeshirt I got ‘was thicker and not as silk like as it was shown to be in the advert tbh.
But it’s ok for when temperatures drop a bit I guess!

As I live in my own it’s a little difficult to do it, I’m 73 !!

A couple of downsides- I received no email confirming my order. I chased because I was concerned it was not a legitimate site. However all my queries were replied to immediately. There was no postage charge obvious to me and was charged £30'ish for a £19.99 top. My top did arrive and you refunded the difference with a very nice apology. So thank you very much. Hence the 4 star rating 😉

Great product just took a long time to come but to be fair it had to come halfway round the world so . Ordering easy and I was kept informed of every stage of its journey

The bra itself is good love the straps not keen on the lower part goes down your stomach and tends to ride up overall it’s ok

Very easy order system. Had continuous updates. Parcel arrived earlier than expected. Very happy with these bras. Really good comfortable fit. Great support. Would definitely order again.

The ladies top that I received is of absolute poor quality and not true to size, I will absolutely never buy from this company again.

And, to cap it off the product took for ever to arrive.

Very poor quality, sizing not as described and arrived all creased.
Customer Service Team does not accept exchanges or returns and offered pitiful compensation.
Would never buy again. Avoid this company

So much space now

Ordered 25th June and recevied them 8th July. Easy to order, although wehn i ordered they charged me extra, i Always check when using a new company. I contacted them easily and they refunded me the overcharged amount within a few days. Arrived well packaged and they are great.

It took almost three weeks to arrive and one of the pads inside the cup of the bra is folded and creased hence not completely rounded in the cup .

Great up to date information. Only complaint is got an email one day saying it was dispatched so was expecting it to come. Only to get another email days later saying again it was dispatched only on that day. But came quick after second email
