Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company. Parcel was due for delivery I stayed in but no parcel arrived but the driver reported it had been delivered and photographed a parcel by the front door but it was not my front door. Had to join live chat to get the photo, got terminated three times by agents before one finally found the photo. They do not accept any responsibility and now I have to deal with the retailer so they can claim from this carrier! Unbelievable that I have to prove this is not my doorstep and all the time the goods I ordered are somewhere out there with someone else and I am out of pocket . Give this company a miss!!
