Never used this service before but it was straightforward and very easy to use, just scan the code, a locker will open, put your parcel in and shut it, job done . Would definitely use again.

Good

Unfortunately InPost don't tell you what is arriving, so when you are order a few different things from various retailers it difficult to know what is arriving. They also don't yet have a good network of collection/drop off locations. That said their notifications are timely and everything they have delivered has been in perfect condition and in time.
