Well I have waited all day for this…

Well I have waited all day for this parcel and to my horror at 7.30 pm I get a text saying it’s been delivered on doorstep at 7.15 pm When I went to my front door I found it on my landing. I live in a multi occupied building and in the fifteen minutes it was out there it could have got taken. There was no attenpt to ring door bell or activate the security front door system to let me he was here. It was clear that I was in as all my lights were left on purposely. It makes me think twice when ordering in future if I can’t rely on a proper delivery.

Great service

Great service! Parcel was received safely. When the driver could not deliver it to the home address, they then left it in a Inpost locker and I was able to collect it. Best delivery service experience so far! Thank you.
