Not a delivery service.

When will this company ( and others) stop just leaving parcels on the pavement at all hours when there is clearly no one at home. This is NOT a delivery service, they cannot be bothered to put it through the letterbox even when it will clearly fit. The parcel is not delivered until it is securely delivered to the recipient. They do not seem to understand that.
