I don’t like eBay’s so called Simple Delivery and I like it even less when my buyers choose InPost. As a disabled person I can manage the short walk to my local Post Office but the InPost store is at least three times the distance so I can’t get there. I have to rely on someone else to post for me. Not happy.

The lockers are a game changer!!
The lockers are a game changer!!
I love that I can check the app, make sure my chosen locker location has a space for my parcel on the live checker and I can visit the lockers and drop of my parcel in a matter of minutes.
The machines round my way are either old or badly maintained because the touch screen doesnt always register, which means it's impossible to use the system. Its not clear who to contact to report this. This is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5.
