The driver & admin staff of the depot of this company tasked with delivering my purchase, Sandwell, did its very best to make my parcel delivery & was successful, eventually. Thank you very much. went to collect a parcel recently, but the locker door was damaged and physically wouldn’t open. I called the InPost Customer Care helpline (0330 335 0950) right from the locker site.The representative who answered was brilliant. Instead of making me wait for a technician or filing a long claim, they stayed on the line and managed to trigger the locker to open remotely. I was able to get my parcel immediately. Truly brilliant, problem-solving service

I downloaded the app just to track packages. It's been a faff to get the app to work properly and by that time by package went back. Super frustrated.
