While my package has get to arrive still after26 days with fast shipping, I had a great experience with Jonah. Jonah was very helpful and kind and has helped me try to move my package in order to get it to me as quickly as as possible and I really appreciate that!

Im a bit upset about the prices, especially that i orderded it to the other continent, i also received the size S feeling like XXS, but it turned out to be a fabric mistake, so I could save the pants, but I also got the perfect, other pair, all for free. I had some problems with the shipments (they were months late ) but it seems like everything is going to be fine thanks to the help of Jonah David.
Long delivery time, worth the wait
My order took ages (4 months) to arrive and I had to chase it multiple times, but when it did arrive the clothes were brilliant quality and fit perfectly! Customer service was brilliant, I was helped by Nick and Jonah who both responded quickly, they were very helpful and friendly and sorted my problems asap!! So overall would recommend if you don’t mind waiting a while for your parcel.

UPDATE 7 April- in Print We Trust have been in touch, sent the missing tshirt and refunded unavaliable items. Swift resolution and followed up to check all was ok.
Previous review in March- Placed an order on 31 December and still have not recieved part of it. No response to emails, no tracking in our account or the Shop app, no way to get a refund.

On March 14, I placed an order and I haven’t heard anything from the company Asendia for a week.
I would like to hear from you as soon as possible because a week has already passed and I haven’t heard anything about my package.

I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case, selecting the iPhone 17 instead of the iPhone 15 Pro. I emailed Hani to ask if it was possible to get it changed before shipping. I originally ordered two tops from their most recent sale and unfortunately one of the tops I had ordered was actually out of stock. Fortunately though this issue was quickly resolved as Johna David ( I am assuming from customer service/support) got into contact with me and was very kind and helpful and I was given the option of how I would like to proceed, I choose to swap the design for something else and I was very happy with the service I received!
