My order was delayed but when I contacted then the customer service was outstanding. Very friendly, responsible ans solutions focused. Good quality t-shirts that even ordered from a number of times.

Amazing customer service

Zero contact no access to customer service

Has anyone managed to contact this company? Have tried email, Instagram, web form zero form and nothing. Had an extra item added to my order that I do not want. Asked to cancel the order within a couple of hours, no refunds as “printed to order” but notification of shipping within less than a day so not printed to order. I just want to talk to someone about sending back an extremely expensive item I didn’t want.

My experience was very exciting with the various designs on the website and I honestly look forward to more upcoming designs!

My experience was very pleasing with all the options available, along with the discount of buy a baby tee and get one for free! The company’s website laid everything out so well, basically I love the layout but my first order honestly got lost. I was starting to worry just a little bit more about it after three months of waiting and not having it come in yet when Hani reached out to me out of the blue. They apologised for the inconvenience then guided me through reordering without having to repay, which I’m very thankful for as a second year student in uni😅 Overall, great communication from Hani and amazing designs albeit the delay… I’m saving up to hopefully buy a hoodie or two from inprintwetrust pretty soon :)

Good customer service

I had no shipping updates for a week so I got in contact and it turns out my item was out of stock. I spoke to Jonah David who arranged an alternate solution and prioritised my shipping. Great customer service

Had some issues with the shipping but…

Had some issues with the shipping but the package did arrived eventually. Customer service was really good and responds quickly. Shout out to Neil, who has been very helpful and nice throughout the process.

Great customer service from Jonah!

I had a problem with one of my baby tees shrinking so I sent an email to customer service and got a quick reply from Jonah. We resolved the issue and Jonah offered me a replacement and was very friendly in the emails. I really appreciate it

Lovely products, excellent customer service

Great quality products. Delivery was quite slow, and when received it had turned out some items had ran out of stock. But customer service was really on hand and took great care. Thank you Jonah and Tina!

Neil from In Print we Trust went above and beyond!

Neil from In Print we Trust went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. When I had a question about receiving my package, Neil was extremely supportive and professional. They made sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process by following up with shipping afterwards! I am very grateful.

personally wouldn’t ever order from…

personally wouldn’t ever order from here again. ordered a tshirt and didn’t hear any communication for weeks so i sent an email in which they replied saying thy the top is bought was out of stock…? why’s it available to buy STILL on the website if it won’t be available till at least a month later. i complained saying this should have been stated at checkout or labeled as pre-order rather than me paying standard shipping for 3-5 days. they did however over a replacement which was sent out maybe a week later which i appreciated as customer service handled well. think they just must be so much more clear on the website about how long these take to be delivered and if stuff is sold out, not be able to be purchased on the website.

So grateful to Jonah. She fixed the problems sososo quickly. There were some inventory issues with my order, and Jonah was very patient and helpful throughout. The issue has now been resolved.

Hoodies order

I ordered 2 hoodies for my Granddaughter in early December, not hearing anything about shipment after a week I emailed customer service. Neil responded extremely quickly with great apology, he informed me that unfortunately those hoodies were out of stock, on backorder & not expected until March. Neil recognized this was not acceptable, offered to help me find different designs & offered a discount on next order. My Granddaughter opted to wait. Neil kept in touch as to the orders status & let me know when they had been shipped. The order arrived today & I am very impressed with the print design & the quality of the hoodies. I greatly appreciate Neil’s quick reply to my emails & his friendly & helpful manner.
