Good customer service bad coverage

Fast and friendly customer service however, the actual insurance policy is pretty much impossible to obtain unless you've never been sick or anxious/ depressed a day in your life of the past 10 years.

As an American expat navigating the ZZP…

As an American expat navigating the ZZP / freelancer world in The Netherlands, so far I have been very pleased with how clear and straightforward the insurance obtention process has been - customer support is also quick to reply, and understanding (and in english!). Nice!
