Literally they don’t know how to solve problems. I have the money and I can’t spend because they are not connecting it to my FSA debt card. I already contacted them several times and nothing was done.
After a week, they finally solved my issue.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would rate a -2. I have tried to rollover my Roth IRA for 8 months and the paperwork is ridiculous. The transferred my regular IRA over to Morgan Stanley no problem, but this small amount in my Roth account has been ridiculously difficult. The ask me my address, last 4 and DOB at least 6 times during each telephone call and then say they are going to send me transfer instructions. They keep adding paperwork. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I work for the Home Depot and I wish they never connected with Inspira Financial. This company is slow to verify purchases and you will literally never connect with someone who appeals proper English. If I could rate a 0 I would.

No way to contact
Web site is not functional
No growth in fund
No response for request for funds
This is EVERY time- not a “date of experience”
Give me my tiny amount of money back

Not a fan! Employee for the State of Arizona and the contracted ended with our former FSA/HSA/Dependent care account TASC for the 2026 year.
This by far is becoming the worst headache, instead of just bi-weekly the chosen amount I selected during open enrollment they are making you PAY FIRST and submit a claim and wait for them to approve your dependent care expense. We are paying DOUBLE to wait for Inspira to approve all requests/claims with OUR money. Doesn't make any sense.
There has to be a more efficient way to pay our dependents care. Pre load the card with the choice the account holder selected on every pay day and then allow us to use our card.

If I could give less I would. I received an escheatment letter with my correct address, but my name was misspelled . Frankly I have never heard of this company nor do I know why they have an account for me ( sort of ) when I called to inquiry about the letter I was pushed to a interactive voicemail system that simply doesn't work. It has no idea of why or what the account is about. Who I asked for an agent, the same voicmail system basically told me to take a hike. When I broke out of the Voicemail System I was one to a representative who was basically rude, who then wanted my SS# although I had already given that in the original Q&A, so I refused and asked for her manager. The manager was even less useful shelling me that my connection was breaking up. Not so on my end. So I disconnected. At the end of the day, there was not answer as to who they were, what this concerned and why I was sent the letter. Still don't know. I wbsoultuely refuse to endure the same c... again. So I'm willing to let them escheat whatever .

Worst fsa company I ever dealt with. Waste of time, money and energy that’s how I summed up this company for 2025. Every time you use the fsa for medical needs , you need to submit documentation. You’ll never know if you will be covered, which add to the stress when you’re already sick. Then at the end of year 2025, I tried spending the remaining balance of $206.- on an fsa eligible item.Inspira didn’t cover it. So I will not renew my membership for 2026.

How can a company that handles 401k funding not have anyway to track a mailed check! That seems pretty sketchy to me! Most companies will send the check priority mail where it can be tracked! I've waited over 3 weeks for a check in the mail and all I get is well we can see it hasn't been cashed ok then where is it I'm really not impressed!
I'm about to to take the hit and pull out my complete 401k and find another company!

This company is a complete scam. My previous employer transferred my 401k to them. I just want to get in to get my money out and moved to a Janus account. Their on-boarding system has taken hours to get me to a point that I can see my account. As I'm going through it, they give me a "fee schedule". $25 to start an account. $25 to close an account. $45 for an account maintenance fee. It's going to end up costing me $100 just to get my own money that I never agreed for them to have in the first place. This feels so crooked that the DOJ should probably look into the grift they've got going on. Put your money with a real brokerage firm that doesn't play games.

Life would be so much better without Inspira, however I am forced to use it due to my insurance. Every doctors office copay I use the card for, it becomes locked and I need to submit documentation for, which sometimes is accepted, other times is lost. Then, when I eventually take the two week process to get the card unlocked, I go through the same thing every time. Then as an added bonus, their app according to their reps does not work, and on their website the amounts I need to submit documentation for are different depending on where I go in the site. I have now spent 6 hours and two months periodically calling and trying to get my card unlocked this time, only to have new requirements added each time. By the 6th rep I spoke to, I was informed I needed to submit an EOB, which no other reps had told me. The service is terrible, the company holds my money hostage, and it is quite literally a waste of my time and financially not worth the time it takes to call, submit documents, follow up, follow up again because every time I need to call multiple times as Inspira for sure never follows up with me, I need to spend 3 minutes at the beginning of all of the countless calls reverifying my information. This company is a textbook case study of how to create a bloated inefficient hellscape. Which is strange, because usually when companies are structured like this, its to prevent you from using their services or to keep more of your money. However that is not the case with FSA balances, unless they're creating the waste of time and frustration to hold on to a larger balance of cash and collect interest on it. I would love to understand why this company is even worse to deal with than my insurance company which is incredible. It takes quite a lot to cause more frustration and anguish than an insurance company. God bless every single person who needs to deal with Inspira, as they need every blessing they can get. Inspira, may your operations cease soon for the good of humanity.

Poor customer service and lack of follow-through. We are current customers and have been trying to complete an IRA rollover from Inspira to a better institution (J.P. Morgan), and the process has been extremely frustrating.
It has now been three weeks with no resolution. We have had two separate conference calls with Inspira, and each time they request different or additional information, even though prior documentation was already provided. There is no consistency, no clear ownership of the request, and no proactive communication.
Instead of guiding the process efficiently, we are repeatedly starting over. Calls and follow-ups do not result in progress, and current customers do not seem to be a priority.
At this point, the delays and disorganization have made what should be a straightforward rollover unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend Inspira based on this experience.

My HSA is managed through Inspira Financial. For 3 days I have been unable to purchase any investments. The response team on the customer support line are both slow and unaware of what my problem is. They are not qualified to understand the issue let alone troubleshoot it. They also say there is no tech support team available. I am told I must wait at least 5 business days. in essence due to the holiday & weekend that means close to two weeks. They are costing me money. Atrocious.

Withholding money (feels illegal), multiple new hoops emerging with every call. Ostentatious “maintenance”fees for uninvested money. Take your funds out ASAP to avoid a panic attack. I completed this same process with two other companies and it took a total of five minutes to initiate the transaction. With Inspira it has been 3 days of calls - maybe 10 hours of phone time total. Totally inappropriate and predatory. I initiated a three way call with Inspira customer support the new custodian hoping to resolve the outstanding paperwork (yes paperwork that you must sign and scan) and she was also talking in circles with this company..I am still unable to initiate a simple transaction

Impossible to get money out. Unreasonable delays, opaque processes. Hiding behind "company policies."

Horrible. Inept support staff, long delays in responses, quickly disputes claims then leaves you hanging, sneaky terms and conditions that you need to agree to to use their card or website that are far more restrictive than what you’re told during annual enrollment. And notice the flurry of fake positive reviews employed to offset the bad reviews. Oh, I did you see all of the disingenuous replies that begin with “we’d love to help you but…”. Avoid this firm.

Reply from Inspira Financial
I feel like what they do is borderline illegal, making money as difficult as possible to access/transfer your account. Avoid at all costs.
