Oh man, where to start. First things went wrong with the shipping. I ordered mid Apri, package was shipped, then lost. I requested a refund and the company just started a new order instead of replying back after I requested a refund. When I finally received the "customer handcrafted mineral cup with crystal spool" the mug was plastic and the spoon was broke. This company is a ripoff and I wish I could give them zero stars. I have never been this bamboozled before. The cup looked like it should have been on an episode of " Nailed it" because what was advertised was so far from what was sold to me it was bad.

They are junk. It's just plastic. Actual product looks nothing like advertised pictures. Hope your business goes under. Thieves

Took 3 weeks to arrive, 0 communication after i said a week and a half later to cancel order. It was sebt from china, repackaged in dallas. Asked for refund even when i refused shipment and i had to get it from credit card company.

I recently had a disappointing experience with InspireCups. They claim to have numerous positive reviews on Trustpilot, but I couldn't find a single one, which raised my suspicions. I ordered what was advertised as a beautiful cup, but what I received was a cheap plastic imitation instead.

The quality was far from what was promised, and returning the item was a hassle. I faced significant challenges in getting my money back, but after much effort, I did finally receive a refund. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience, as their products do not match their description.
