Great service, would highly recommend

Having had difficulty in getting sureties due to a lack of trading accounts for historical reasons, we were put in touch with this company who were able to get us a quote for sureties on both section 38 and 104 agreements. Whilst our local Water Authority would accept the surety the Highway Authority would not, which we found very frustrating. Becky in their office was very proactive and offered to speak to the Highway Authority who refused to enter into a dialogue. So sadly we could not take up the sureties.

Inspire were professional, prompt and clearly explained everything, and in addition were able to provide tailor made PI Insurance at competitive rates. Excellent service so far.

I have given 3 stars because I felt there was a lack of communication for my renewal.
I did not receive a reminder email or letter about my renewal. when I went onto the document portal I found a letter about my renewal dated 23rd June when my insurance ran out at the end of 24th June.
The actual insurance is very good and a lot cheaper than any other insurance I looked at.
I would recommend Inspire insurance as their policies are good and comprehensive.
You just have to remember to look in the document portal and put a reminder in your calendar. The website is quite good and there is an online chat line. communication is either through that or phone number. As I was looking out of hours I could not access this. It may be my fault because I initially could not remember who I was insured with and thought I had more time.
