The price limits the service delivered. I have a had more than one sale complete in the last 12 months, none of them particularly complicated. Yes I received low cost conveyancing but I spent too mu... See more

excellent solicitors
I have recently just completed and now have my keys all thanks to these solicitors. Really efficient in terms of communication and super helpful with all my needs. Would highly recommend and had no issues. Thank you for your help! xx
Excellent communication
I used Inspire for conveyancing when selling a property and their communication was excellent. A particular shout-out to Amy (admin, but able to answer most questions) and my conveyancer John. In a chain that had other solicitors unavailable and slow to respond I never felt Inspire were slowing down the process. Top marks!

We found inspire legal to be professional all the way kept us informed made whole process very easy so from our point a view we were more than happy with the time and whole process and at an affordable price unlike the vast majority of conveyancing companies out there ....
Satisfactory outcome

John Jose and the team were extremely communicative throughout and got through a very difficult sale. Cannot praise them enough.
Useless bunch of incompetent clowns.
Useless bunch of incompetent clowns.
What should have been a simple probate turned into a nightmare. No communication and no progress. ILG did not answer emails or return calls.I was told that the will was lost, that was not true.I was told the will was not valid, again this was not true. They should not be allowed anywhere near clients.Complained numerous times, but always ignored.Utter shambles.
Freehold conveyance
The conveyance did take a long time when I had James as not much happening. But Kayleigh took over and pushed to get it finished, she kept me appraised of what was going on and was very good. It would have been 5 stars if I had her from the start.
John jose who was the solicitor who…
John jose who was the solicitor who carried out the conveyancing on my property was very professional and managed the sale very well at a very reasonable price, Thank you so much
Its a shame that I cant give a 0 rating.
Dreadful service - avoid at all costs.
Another simple job - a buyer and a seller with no chain whatsoever.
As others have pointed out they seem to have a problem with communication.
They have call centre staff who rely upon reading from existing notes IF the conveyancer has actually done any.
They took forever and a day and I nearly lost the purchase because the seller got so fed up with the constant delays and BS from ILG.
It was only because I chased them that I managed to complete. NO thanks to them.
There were several other issues along the way and even when daring to query the final invoice I was made to feel like I had no right to question anything and that I ought to be grateful.
My advice is to stay local - at least you can doorstep the service instead of having to book a call 2 days in advance.
Just avoid this bunch of clowns. An utter shambles and had I read these reviews at the time Id have steered clear.
Good experience.
A simple house sale and although had to ring a couple of times for updates the people at the end of the phone were always helpful. As everything is online sometimes the technology lets you down but there was always help at hand. Overall not bad at all
My advice would be to not use
My advice would be to not use. Unable to speak to a conveyancer unless book an appointment for 48 hours in advance. On calling company, you reach a team of call handlers who can only re-read previous entries on their system, not up to date information and although it is not their fault, they are not trained conveyancers so are unable to help you.
The conveyancing team were very poor in communication to buyers solicitors and us, they delayed information being transferred to other parties on several occasion's.
Inspire legal had hold of information that was part of queries raised for a month, but stated that I hadn’t sent it over. When identified that I had sent it over, they forwarded on to the buyers solicitor a month later!!
When I questioned why this error hadn’t been picked up - my emails have been ignored and when spoken directly to them about it, they couldn’t give an answer and tried to change the subject.
I have followed the complaints procedure and have also so far have had no response. Thankfully the sale has completed now, but it took far longer than needed, putting us at risk of losing our buyer. We had a simple cash purchase throughout a chain of 2!!
Communication was diabolical, the whole experience was made even more stressful and didn’t need to be. Stay clear.
Poor servicepoor service
Will never use again stressful unprofessional lack in communication, everytime you ring for advice you get someone new and have to explain everything over over, very little knowledge from the advisors, 1st time buyer and the worst experience i have ever had to deal with, poor service.
Great customer service
Great customer service, a member of the Inspire Team was always quick to respond to any queries and answer calls.
I was kept well informed throughout the house purchase process and when it came to completion day, Kayleigh and her colleagues went above and beyond to make a difficult purchase happen.
Inspire Legal offer a really good service that is great value for money, I would recommend them to a friend.
Kayleigh Downs
Kayleigh Downs was my solicitor for a house purchase.
She and her team kept me informed of all updates and the whole process went smoothly (as smoothly as any house purchase in a chain!).
The service was very good
The service was very good. Staff responded to my enquiries as the process was progressing and took account of my need for an early closures on both the sale an purchase of my properties. The lead conveyancer was very thorough and professional. I would recommend Inspire legal to others.

Service was thorough throughout as I sold and bought properties with Inspire Legal, no major issues and good value for money
Terrible communication
The most simple way to purchase a house where there was no estate agents involved and no chain took the longest time, the communication was very poor and emails were not just sent from one person we were passed around, I had to constantly chase for updates fortunately we were in touch with the sellers so were able to get answers, but if it wasn’t for this it would have been left in the dark very disappointing
Uninspiring at best.
Uninspiring at best.
I emailed to introduce myself and got a 'manage your expectations' email back.
There was a complete lack of updates/confusion around whether they had received Memorandum of Sales and/or Legal Packs, and that changed with every different person I spoke to. I was offered a meeting with my conveyancer a week away, so all correspondence went via their centralised contact details. I have since moved to another conveyancer via Home Legal Direct who were competent, communicative, pleasant, use a intuitive and transparent online dashboard and have got my sale through in under two months (HMD Legal if anyone's looking for a recommendation!).
Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. It took them more than five months to do the most simple cash purchase freehold transfer of a holiday rental. Various conveyancers left (I think we had five in all) and even a formal complaint about these delays remains unanswered more than a month past the response deadline. The sellers were thoroughly fed up with the whole thing and we have lost rental income over the most profitable summer period because of their ineptitude. We will certainly NEVER use them again.
Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience, they don’t answer emails from your solicitor or phone calls! They drag it out for months and we nearly lost our dream home because of them, they also sent private documents about me to my buyer by mistake and then asked for them back once they realised what they had done! So a data breech!! Total bunch of clowns work here! My solicitor had to lodge a formal complaint in the end to get a senior solicitor in the company to take over so we could complete. Steer clear if you don’t want months of anxiety and frustration from these incompetent solicitors!
Impressed with Responsiveness
Recently sold a property with the conveyancing from Inspire Legal, found the team, John, Elisha, Sophie & Charlotte all very helpful and responsive. The buyers conveyancer was a challenge, but the team where happy to adjust and ultimately were instrumental in getting the sale over the line and completed. I would use again and would recommend.
