It enabled me to buy the shoes I wanted to buy, using my credit card. It worked just fine. Nothing went wrong and it did the job it was supposed to do - as far as I know! I haven't received the shoes yet, so we'll see if they arrive!

They didnt send anything and just lie on email to waste time.
If you paid them contact your crddit company ASAP.

I need a new remote

First of all it took quite awhile to get the foot brace I ordered. Unfortunately, the brace would not work on my foot. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. They keep saying that the brace is as advertised and others find it helpful. The 3 times I told them it won't work on my foot they offered to have me keep the brace and and they would give me a 20% discount off another item. Why would I keep a brace that cost nearly $100 and doesn't work on my foot? They are very difficult to work with when it comes to returning this item. I would understand if the brace was a custom brace but it's not. I'm still trying to get some help and hope I can get my $$ refunded!

cant sync product with my mac book air...instructions are in chinese and not helpful at all

I purchased two items and was very disappointed with the quality of the products. The items were not very good in sizes and did not fit the average adult sizes nor children sizes. When communicating that back to the help desk representative Charlotte M. of Inspire no refund was received because Inspire doesn’t care if the product fits because they are a vendor only selling the items. It’s a waste of money buying from Inspire because there is no return policy if not satisfied with the products.
