Worse agency ever used. Unprofessional and ZERO EMPATHY
Worse agency ever used. My insurance company sent them. First time, they sent me someone who couldn't do much, so as i was the patient supposed to be doing most of the work for her. Scared that she would fall and get hurt, I called them for a change of worker.
Second time around, the minute their worker arrived, she started complaining that she lives too far away, she's is not paid enough for this, she can't clean the refrigerator nor the cabinets, so we are not sure what they can clean!! To top of it off, I had one of them call me , yelling stating that her working was cleaning things used by bed and breakfast clients when there weren't any bed and breakfast clients at all. When confronted with the fact, she stated that even if there were no clients, anything that can potentially be touch by past or future guests, her worker can't touch it. When I asked her what to do if i live there and use the same kitchen, dishes etc? She felt stupid, got very very angry and started yeling some more and threatened to cancel the contract. I yelled at her back and asked her to go "fly a kite"! I called my insurance company, reported them and they changed the agency to Maisons et Services (the top)! Instan is very unprofessional and not fair to their clients and workers and based on my experience, I do not recommend.
