Various inconsistencies in the report . .
There were three points of inconsistencies in the report that was provided. When I complained, I got fobbed off with "It's not our fault, blame the DVLA". Don't waste your money here, get a proper check done with another provider.
Edit: Even after giving them the opportunity to admit their information is wrong, they still respond with bs.
- Wrong number of keepers (learn to count!)
- Wrong Date of Ownership change
- Wrong Transmission

I can see you raise two points in your communication. Number of previous ownser and current owner acquired date.
Both of these peices of information is loaded directed from the DVLA, and in regards to the number of previous owners, our report matches the image of the V5C document you provided at the number 5.
The current acquired vehicle date on the new V5C is only 9 days old. Due to current pandemic we are seeing a slight delay in some reports in relation to this field. However, due to this we do state that we advise our customers to check this document before purchase.
